Chapter 51: Mother and Daughter

The team of Kokuyo, Sasori, and Tiger advanced through the corridors of the Shadow Ninja Order building and soon arrived at the top floor, at a big red door. Kokuyo cut it up with his Black Zen-infused sword and they rushed in.

A forty-year-old redhead woman was sitting in the large hall. Her blue-to-green eyes shimmered with feminine charm. An arrogant smile ran through her lips once she saw the ‘guests’ entered.

“Oh, infiltrators? To be honest, I did await you since your failed reconnaissance mission in our base…” She smiled once caught a glimpse of Tiger: “Ah, who would’ve thought? So, you finally bothered to show up, kid?”

“I am not a kid!” Tiger took her battle pose, “Boys, leave this woman to me! I’ve got personal things to settle with her…”

Her eyes sparkled with rage she kept deep within for all these years. All of her three pets could feel it, so they all snarled and took their battle positions.
