Chapter 12- Doomed~

Oh God! This is so bad. Why did I even agree to come in first place. Ah right! I was forced to come. Ugh!!. I sneaked a glance at James, she was super enthusiastic for the party. Of course she was, she is Jaimi afterall, The social bird!

"C'mon Su, let's get this party started." She said holding my hand and dragging me in the crowd. I don't even know whose house is this. Wah!

Jaimi on one side and Lucy on another, I was Stuck in between them. No chance to sneak out of this party. Good thing was, music ain't loud so no headache for now, atleast. Liquor and crowd is making me kinda dizzy. It's so hot in here.

Next half an hour was spend talking to other students. More like Jaimi talking to other student and me standing beside her with a cheeky smile on my face. Lucy was in the kitchen talking to some boys and enjoying her drinks. Most of the students by this time were drunk already. I think it was just me James who weren't drinking right now. Music changed to loud songs but volume was still a bit low which is good(for me). And just when I thought to sit down, whole crowd gathered and started cheering and hooting and shouting. Ah, so noisy. A boy, a handsome boy, took mic in his hand and came in the center of the crowd. He must be the host of the party.

"MY FELLOW FRIENDS, ARE YOOUU READDYYYYY!!!!." He said in the mic and everyone cheered in Yes. Okay! Ready for what!? He must be talking about the party. James came and stood beside me and starting clapping with the rest of the crowd. Mic boy looked at me with a slay smile and I diverted my gaze. Everyone went back to what they were doing and music got loud. Ah okay, I can sit now.

"Hey James, Imma go sit for a while. These heels are killing me." I said to James holding her gaze.

"Okay. Imma be in kitchen area with Lucy." She said with a smile and made her way through the crowd to the kitchen and I made my way to the seat I had my eyes on. I saw a couple going towards the same seat I had my eyes on. Oh no no no, U can't sit there, that's my seat. I rushed my way to my precious sea- WHAT THE FUCK! Noooo. Ugghhhhhhh!!!!! My precious seat! I pouted!

"Having trouble?" Someone asked from behind me. I got startled and jumped at my place a lil.

"Huh?" I said with a confused expression.

"Something happened to your precious seat?" He said with a ghost smile. He was trying to control his laughter. Ahh!!

"Did I said that out loud?" I said with a embarrassed smile. He must think I'm insane. Well I kinda am, I thought to myself.

"Yeah I guess you did. But don't worry it'll be our lil secret." He whispered the last part with a teeth showing smile on his face. He sure is pretty cute.

I laughed at his answer.

"Your laugh is beautiful." He said with longing in his eyes. Like he was searching something in my eyes, in me. I cleared my throat.

"I'm Susan btw." I said holding my hand out to shake his.

"I'm Joey." He shook my hand. I smiled at him.

"So what's the matter with you and your 'precious seat'?" He asked in a mock serious tone.

"Haha. Nothing. I had my eyes on that seat but it ditched me." I said in a serious tone going along with him. And we both burst laughing. He was about to say something when his eyes caught something behind my eyes and stopped. I turned around to look what or who is it and I saw that Mic guy. When I turned back Joey was looking at me with a smile. His eyes were of beautiful blue color.

"What?" I asked getting conscious from the way he was looking at me.

"Nothing. And oh that guy you saw is a my friend, Jason." He said nodding at his friend's direction.

"Ah I see. He is a good host." I said remembering his enthusiasm. Joey chuckled. Sweet Jesus. He's so cute!

"I'm the host. This is my house." He said looking around. Now I'm even more embarrassed from the seat thing.

"Oh." I said looking around too. What! Just 'Oh'. That's all u can say Su! I embarrassed myself in front of a cute and handsome boy. What is with me and embarrassing myself in front of boys. It's not like me. I facepalmed myself in my mind. And My savior came to rescue me. Thank you God!

"It seems like u got company Su." James said coming and standing beside me. I love you James!!! God knows how much I would have embarrassed my self if she didn't come.

"We were just talking. James this is Joey and Joey this is James, my best friend." I introduced both of them with a childish smile. She nodded at him and he did the same. Okay what!?

"Here, I got u a drink." James said handing me the red cup. I peeked a look inside the cup and there was something pinkish and maroonish liquid inside.

"Both of u know each other?" I asked thinking about the head nods they gave each other. I wouldn't be surprised if they knew each other. I call James a social bird for a reason!

"Yeah, we are both majoring in same subject." James answered my question. Okay. I didn't see him as a fashion student. I'm a bit surprised I gotta accept.

"Didn't take me as a fashion student?" It's like he can read my mind.

"Are u reading my mind?" I asked laughing.

"I'm a telepath too." He said shrugging. And I laughed at his response and he joined. Just when I was about to say something James interrupted.

"Lucy is waiting for us. We shouldn't leave her alone." James told me looking at me then at him.

"Oh yeah. Bye Joey, it was nice to meet you." I said smiling.

"Pleasure is all mine. Bye. See you around.." He said with a smile and a nod and made his way through the crowd, probably going to one of his friends. James guided me to where Lucy was.

Um... It was better if we had stayed with Joey coz what I'm seeing right now is um I would like to not witness. Just when I diverted my gaze from them, James faked cough. Nothing. She did it again a little loudly and this time they heard and got apart from each other. Lucy's eyes got wide but she in a second calmed her composure but she couldn't hide the blush on her face. She gave that cute man a small smile and he left sending a wink in her direction.

"Ahem. so what's up?" I asked smirking at Lucy. Her cheeks were red as tomatoes. Ahh she's looking so cute!

"Ahh don't look at me like that" She said hiding her face in her hands. Ah she is really cute. Me and James laughed at her reaction.

"C'mon it's not like you guys have never kissed." Lucy huffed. Trying to change the topic. I diverted my gaze. James had a knowing smirk on her face. Their faces turned towards me.

"Ah this is so hot in here. Don't you guys think?" I said looking everywhere but at them. What am I suppose to do now? Why did I come here? Things are getting out of hand. I sighed. There is no escaping it now.

"OH MY GOD! Don't tell me you have never kissed anyone!" Lucy said in high pitched voice. This party is just getting better and better! Note my sarcasm here. James gave her a nod. Lucy's eyes gone wide. C'mon. It's no big deal!

"What's a big deal in this." I said casually, keeping my calm. Lucy gave me a look I couldn't quite understand and before I can say anything Lucy grabbed my hand and dragged me somewhere. I wonder how she knows her way around this house. She must have been here before. Maybe they had parties here before.
