"Renee, I have a very hard decision to make. They want to take you off the ventilator. If you can hear me, if you're really in there, I need you to fight, baby. They said if you have bad damage to your brain then it may kill you to remove it. I'm praying that isn't the case. Fight, baby. Fight with everything you have. I need you to come back to us. I love you," Jesse said as he kissed Renee's cheek. 


 "Christian, if there's anything you want to say to Mommy, you need to say it now. They have to come in and take the tube out." 


 Christian came over and Jesse picked him up. He looked at the bed and then looked away. Jesse hated that Christian had tears in his eyes. Christian reached out towards the bed and Jesse sat him on the edge of it. 


 "Mommy," Christian said as he put his hand in hers, "I love you. I want you to wake up. I miss you. I want to hug you but I'm scared. Please, wake up, Mommy. I want you home."
