Chapter 132

She still didn't feel like she was his wife because she didn't love him or fully remember him. She'd get flashes here and there but she couldn't figure them out because they weren't long enough to show her anything. Sometimes she woke up in a cold sweat from a bad dream but she couldn't remember them.

He walked into the bathroom and she heard the water running. It wasn't on long enough for him to have filled the tub. He came back out and took her in his arms. He took her into the bathroom and sat her on the chair she had in there to bathe.

"I'm going to shave your legs first, okay?"

"Okay," Tabitha agreed.

"I have to undress you. Are you going to be okay with it?"

"Not really, but I'll survive. Can we leave my shirt on for now?"

"Sure. I'll just get from the knee down for now. That way you don't have to stand up for the rest of it."

"This is so embarrassing."
