"So, Valerie tells me that you were in a bad car accident. My question is if you don't remember anything, can you do this job? I don't mean to sound insensitive but I have to know what you are capable of before anything else." 


 "While it's true that I can't remember my past, I'm still capable of learning. I've had no problems with my functional memory so I still remember how to do things. I am still in physical therapy to strengthen my legs. I won't lie to you and tell you that I can stand for eight or more hours because I haven't tried it yet. But, I will do my very best to do the job and not miss time if I don't have to. I want to rejoin the workforce and I thought this would be my best opportunity because Valerie does know about my situation and can help me learn the job. If you are willing to give me a chance, I will prove to you that I can do this job." 


 "I like the confidence you exude. Valerie tells me that you can start working immediately. Is that correct?"
