Tsk, just do it then.” Cecilia said as she began to run toward the streets, she then formed a portal in the center and above Stephanie, she jumped to the portal and landed near Stephanie but she dodged her. Stephanie then reformed the ground below them to stop Cecilia but this wasn’t stopping her.
