Sworn Enemies

"Actually, after Maximus married his wife, every time he woke up in the morning there was a glass of milk on his table with a note from his wife. Maximus was being treated by his wife like a son. Isn't it sweet? It should be coffee, not milk" Maximus's grandma said and laughed.

Maximus felt embarrassed in front of everyone.

"You do not have to tell him about it, grandma" Maximus sneered but he only received a sweet smile from his grandma.

"Then, where is your wife? I would like to meet and greet her" Shawn said and look around looking for his wife.

"You will not meet her today because she was already out for her job," Maximus said. His mood suddenly changed. He felt like he did not want his friend to meet his wife at all. After all, his wife was Shawn's ex-girlfriend. He thought that it is not the right time to introduce his wife to Shawn.
