Ashley had just begun college and was settled in her room. She was ecstatic to explore the dorms and the facilities it offered, meet new people of course, but that went to hell, when it all went dark.

Derek Lockwood, is most probably the hottest guy on campus and has few friends. But his life changes  when Ashley learns his secret.

The Legacy

At 8 p.m. I changed into a comfy hoodie and waited for the car to pick me up. 


A car picked me up, and it's windows were tinted, I checked my phone one last time to see if Derek has contacted me but he hasn't. After a while the car stopped and the driver opened the door for me. 


I got out and saw the building, it is the same building where the 'Conspiracy Solver's' meetings take place. Ironic, Isn't it? 


I went inside not knowing what to expect, I had a blank mind. 


As I stepped into the hall, a few eyes turned to me for a second then they all busied themselves in their work. A person came to me and collected my phone informing me they'll be returned once the meeting is over. 


The seats were arranged in a hap-hazard manner, some people were talking to each other and some had distanced themselves from the general public. 


I decided to take a seat among the introverts since I am one of them, I'm actually the Queen of the department.
