Leveling up some cavemen

Garry had completely overpowered the few cavemen that were in front of him. Likewise, he was able to squeeze every answer that he wanted out of them, and they were lucky that he didn’t even want to hurt them. He was just curious to know how less intelligent humanoids lived their life around here, and he wanted to understand the scale of magic that they practiced.

Finally, one of them answered him, and said, “We use fire, but not burns hot.”

With that statement alone, he then knew for sure that these cavemen were within the first realm of mana, likely even in the lowest level there was! One couldn’t cultivate their mana pool if they barely understood magic, so their utter lack of advancement in the arcane arts was understandable.
