The world dungeon. A mysterious construct. It is spoken of in myth and legend. It stands tall, reaching through the clouds above, yet none can enter.  

No one knows what lies within. It has stood quietly for generation after generation. 

But now it stirs. 

Only a hundred people can walk the dungeon. To leave it, they must conquer it.  

 

Or die trying. 




Note: Any character resemblance to actual people is coincidental, all work is original. On the off chance I figure out how to put pictures in the story, any works you see were more than likely found with a google search. If the work belongs to you let me know and I give credit/take it down. That being said I'll mark my own work.

Thousand Floor World Dungeon

I quickly found the stone with my name on it. It was in the same spot as the one in the other room. 


I ignored the other people as I tapped on the stone. This time at the top it was Equipment, Enhancements, C: 30 and E: 1. 


I looked through the enhancements before setting them to the side. The ones I wanted I couldn't get. At least not yet. 


I switched over to equipment only to find a small list. 


It was all incredibly basic stuff. Simple iron swords, wooden staffs, simple leather armor or mage robes, bows, and other weapons, armor and accessories. 


I glanced through it before selecting a basic mage robe for 5 C, basic mage staff for 5 C, basic leather boots for 5 C, basic leather armor for 5 C, and a simple iron sword for 5 C. 


I quickly put it all on before leaving the room and heading for the library. 


I opened the door to find more people inside. 


Ignoring them once again I looked around. I noticed the stone block at the very end of the hall. 


I quickly made my way to it before tapping on it. 


A list of names came up. It took me a moment to find mine. 


After selecting mine, a list of skills came up. At the top it had my name and Skills, and G: 5. Just before I tapped on fireball I paused. 


I reached my hand out and concentrated for a moment. 


'Nothing. Not even a single spark. I guess it was worth a shot at least.' I thought as I selected fireball and lesser heal, each for 2 G. 


I didn't see anything for only 1 G, so I left it alone and headed for the door again. 


As I opened it, the sound of a bell ringing three times could be heard.
