Suspended?!

French class started and Suga wouldn't stop looking back at me. I was to embarrassed to even look at him. Class was over and we all made our way outside.

"Hey, Moni. I'm sorry about earlier." Suga said from behind.

I smiled as I turned around and hugged my books. "Why are you always apologizing?"

Suga smiled back and said "I don't want to lose someone like you."

I chuckled and said "Are you in theater too?"

Suga chuckled and said "No, I'm not a good actor like you but I'm serious."

I started to walk as I said "I'm nothing different from the others."

Suga gasped as he said "You are very different! Your very kind and funny."

I squinted my eyes as I repeated "Kind, how?"

Suga slowly started to walk a different direction as he said "You sacrifice your happiness for others."

I felt myself get mad but I tried to hide it. I didn't want him to say "If you get mad then it means it's true."

Suga disappeared in the crowd as he finished speaking.

He was right though, I was sacrificing my happiness for my parents and I couldn't do nothing.

I wrote down on my college transfer script that my major was Engineering but that's what my father wanted. I didn't go to places I have always wanted to go because of my mother. Honestly, it was so much I was processing that I wanted to break down in pieces in the middle of the hallway. It hurt so bad that it even hurt to even swallow my saliva.

I slowly went to my class and just stared at my paper. Everyone else was writing and doing something important. All I could think about was how unhappy I was and that I deserved to be happy. I could change my whole life in seconds but my parents were so involved that I think they would always be.

I felt the floor vibrate under my feet as I heard the police officers running past my class. Some kid in class said "I wish I could see the fight."

I rolled my eyes as people would pay to see a fight here but it was so rare. Usually, everyone in this school got along great as long as you were kind and nice.

The bell rang and I went along with my day. It was time for lunch and I saw Rebeca. She looked pissed as she came closer to me and all I did was sigh.

She pointed her finger in my face as she yelled "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! SUGA GOT SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF YOU! ALL YOU DO IS BRING PROBLEMS INTO OTHER PEOPLES LIFE'S!"

I walked around her and minded my own business.

She hit my arm and yelled "DID YOU HEAR ME! YOU BITCH!"

I turned around, slapped her and pushed her to the wall.

"Don't you ever touch me again." I whispered in her ear.

The cops were my friends in the school. Well most of them, that's what I liked about working in the office but I knew I would still get in trouble.

The principle Mr. Henry came and said "Moni! What on earth is going on? How will you help me in the office if your getting into trouble?"

I wanted to laugh so bad but I knew I shouldn't.

The officer's arrested Rebeca and I was just told to walk to the office. Of course I was escorted outside by them and my favorite principle. Their was 4 Principle but one didn't like me.

*30 minutes later*

Rebecas parents came out of the office with her and she got off the hook. With the look on her parents face and now it was my turn.

I sighed as I slouched down on the seat.

Mr. Henry said "Moni, Why did you lose control? You know how to ignore things like this. So, why now?"

I looked at the wall and said "Did you not listen to what she said?"

Mr. Henry said "So, she has messed with you before?"

I chuckled and said "She tried but failed once again."

Mr. Henry said "I'm going to have to call your parents."

My heart flipped over like a tortilla once I heard that. I immediately sat up in my chair and leaned over the desk.

I shouted "Dude! Not that! Chill! I'll do anything you want but don't tell them."

Mr. Henry stayed quiet a few seconds and said "Fine but it will be our secret."

I smiled and said "Yes."

Mr. Henry said "I'm passing you to Mr. Deer."

I looked at him disgusted and said "Your giving your best worker to him?"

Mr. Henry said "I don't want too but his workers never get amything done. So, you will teach those kids how to get things done."

I rubbed my face with my hands and said "That principle don't like me."

Mr. Henry chuckled and said "He will like you once he sees how hard working you are. Now get back to work."

I looked at him confused and said "You mean class?"

Mr. Henry said "You're supposed to be suspended remember?"

I nodded my head as I got out of his office and went with his secretary to help for rest of the day.

School ended and I got out of the office. Nancy was around the corner and I walked to her.

Nancy rubbed the side of my arm and asked "Are you okay?"

I sighed and said "Yes."

Nancy pulled me to the side and whispered "Are you crazy?!"

I looked at her confused and said "No?"

Nancy folded her arms across her chest and asked "You know what will happen if you get caught."

I rubbed my head and said in a sad tone "I know."

The rest of the girls came from behind me and hugged me.

After a few seconds they let go and Tory said "We don't want to lose you."

I smiled and said "Well Mr. Henry didn't snitch on me."

Jennie looked at me serious and said "We all need to stay out of trouble. Especially you Moni. Imagen if Rebeca knows and snitches on you. That would be the end of you and your family."

Rose pouted and said "Stop being mean!"

I got really serious and said "No Jennie is right. I just need to get Suga to date her and not be my friend. All this started because she likes him."

Jennie hissed and said "Their you go again sacrificing your happiness for others."

We heard the bell ring for all of us to head home. I simply just smiled and waved goodbye.

I got home and no one was home. I started to cry as I thought what would had happened if someone found out. I wasn't supposed to be going to that high school in the first place. I had been going to a school that was not assigned for me. In my last school I got zero's in all my classes and most importantly, I let people bully me. The teachers and principles didn't care about anyone's safety. I was going to repeat the grade because I fell into depression. I had no one in that school because it was just rich kids around. Everyone knew you would go to jail if you lied about where you were living at. The only difference was my parents wouldn't get sent to jail. They would get sent back to their country because they were illegal.

In the school that I was going to most people cared for you and the teacher's tried there best to help you out. Bullying and anything bad was no accepted. Suspension was very important because if you got suspended a certain of times you would not be able to attend school or college. Then you would be stuck with a bad job that would probably make you do things you didn't want. This is why I tried so hard not to get in trouble like I used too. When I was younger I used to be in the office like everyday for fighting and other things. I was still bad but not that bad. I would tell myself if you fight your parents leave the country then your little sister gets sent off to another family. And me well I would be lost and alone in this world. I'm here for my little sister and that's it.

I got a text message from Jennie and it said "Suga got in a fight with your ex."

I widen my eyes and said "Dammit I can't tell that lie anymore. I was planning on telling him I wasn't aloud to date but secretly I did. I dated guys but behind my parents back it was the only way because my parents agreed to let me date until I was old."

I sighed and said "What on earth did you do Jack?"

I texted back Jennie and said "So, Rebeca was telling the truth?"

Jennie texted back and said "Looks like it."

*3 days later*

"Moni!" I heard a yell from behind.

It was Rose.

I saw her running and looked at her confused.

"What?" I said.

There was a garden on the side of the school for people that had a bad day would go there sometimes.

So she pulled me in there and said "Look at this video!"

I looked at her phone screen, it was Jack and Suga speaking.

*In video*

Jack was pointing aggressively at Suga and said "Stay away from Moni! She's mine! We been dating for so long and you won't come and fuck shit up."

I raised my eyebrows and said "Damn Jack got bad."

Rose shushed me.

Suga laughed and said "Looks like she's interested in me and not you. I haven't seen her with you at all. If you cared about her you would try to figure something out. Instead of fighting with me!"

Jack hand turned into a fist and punched him. "Don't tell me how to treat my girlfriend! Go out with Rebeca and stay with her."

Suga got up and returned the punch. I saw how my cops were trying to get into the circle but it was hard. I started to see blood coming more down from Jack's face.

"What an idiot." I chuckled as I got away from the screen.

"You better delete that because they are giving tickets to who ever has it on their phone's." I told Rose.

Rose was so gorgeous but had to many people secretly hating on her beauty.

Rose nodded her head and said "Just wanted to show you before you saw them."

I sighed and said "I can't believe I'm going out with Jack."

Rose laughed and said "What a liar."

I looked at her serious.

Rose gasped and said "Wait your going back to him?!"
