“Are you sure this is the right address?”

“I’m pretty sure.”

They rang the doorbell and a tall handsome man stood in front of them.

“Alex?”

“Hi, Robbie.”

“It’s been a long time.”

“Yeah, well..”

“Mom,” said a girl who emerged from behind her. “Is he the one?”

“The one what?”

She rolled her eyes.

“Duh?! Can’t you see? I’m your daughter.”

“What?! That can’t be right.”

“Better believe it, stupid!”

“Honey!”

“What?”

“I thought you said I’m gay, Alex?”

“You’re what?”

“You hear that right, honey. Your daddy is gay.”

"Mr. Magsano," the voice of the doctor on the other end of the line concerned Robbie. He knew something was not right and his heart suddenly beat faster than normal.

"What happened? Is Allison okay?" Robbie asked frantically. The sudden rise of his voice made Mang Felipe glanced at him from the rearview mirror. He knew something was wrong right away and it made him feel concerned, too.

"There had been an incident in the hospital but nothing to worry about. Mrs. Magsano is in her room resting now. But if you could come in, please do so."

"Okay, doctor. I'll be there," and he hung up the phone.

Robbie glanced up to meet Mang Felipe's gaze and he nodded in response.

Without hesitation, Mang Felipe stated, "To the hospital, Sir."

"Yes," Robbie answered briefly, as the car sped towards the hospital.

Minutes later, Robbie rushed out of the car once it stopped in front of the hospital.
