"Where is Adam?" he asked, jerking the shoulders of Valerie.

There was pain, fear and concern in his eyes as he asked her, his eyes were turning moist.

"How would I know Adam? Didn't you ask me to go and check their luggage? Then how would I know Leo, what happened here? But you were right here, you tell me.

She continued barging her questions but Leo was not even listening. He stood up and started to look around in every nook and corner.
