Chapter 4 'Indeed unbelievable!'
He sighed and looked around, but didn't answer.
"Today please !" I said kinda bitchy.
"Okay, fine then." He sighed again.
"Okay I ran away of course not for no reason." He took a quiet moment about what he should say, I could see it in his face.
"I did it to protect you ..."
"Okay?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Well here it comes ..." He took a deep breath and exhaled it.
¨ eleven years ago ... I went to an important meeting for my work ... When I went back home I was in a serious bad car accident if Jayden wasn't there-¨ He looked at the boy next to him who chatched me.
"-I wasn't 'alive' anymore."
"Okay, this still doesn't explain everything," I said
"He has turned me into a.. in a"
"Yes?" I said impatiently.
"Well uhm.. In a vampire." It was quiet and I raised my eyebrow.
"In a vampire?"
"Yes" He was scanning me for a bit of emotion, but I stayed emotionless and I thought about what he said.
A vampire? A goddamn vampire? Yeah sure he is!
"Dad you clearly lost your mind, go to a mental hospital or something to abduct me is already very strange! But now popping up and claiming that you are a vampire is the weirdest thing ever!"
"Pearl, I mean it!" He said irritable.
"Okay so you are a vampire? Fine okay I am wonder woman I fly through all the streets and fight vampires."
"Don't mock me, Aurora!" He snarled
" You freakin don't hear how psycho this sounds!" I stood up threateningly
¨Aurora! ¨ He shouted and his eyes turned completely black..
I swallowed and blinked a few times to see if this was real. His eyes now turned red.
I screamed.
" Aurora! quiet please I am sorry!" He said frightened. He walked over to me.
"Stay away from me!" I shouted at him.
"Stay the fuck away from me!" I stepped back.
"Aurora I don't want to hurt you, Pearl."
"Make that your fangs wise!" His fangs disappeared and his eyes turned blue again.
"Sorry Aurora, I shouldn't have shown you this way."
My father is a vampire.
MY FATHER IS A FUCKING VAMPIRE!
I have been kidnapped by vampires.
Blood sucking monsters.
I wanted to exclude myself from this world, but wanted to hear more. I wanted to know why he kidnapped me, what him made leave to protect me.
"Continue, your story please" I said emotionless and I sat down.
"Okay well if you normally become a vampire you first have to do a lot of things, like a lot of signing and that kind of hassle, but I didn't have time for that before I became a vampire, so if you don't do that, you are not protected as being a vampire well that does not really matter so much, but there are also bad vampires they call themselves the 'Black souls' they heard about you and they want you, so I left to protect you, because they followed me and if I go to you they would find you."
"Why do they want me?"
"Nothing important Pearl." He stuttered.
"But so first they went after your mother, they wanted to trade her for you, I could not allow that so I changed her when I saved her."
"In a vampire? MOM IS ALSO A VAMPIRE. No no no, I should have known. Right?"
"No honey she did everything to make it not obvious to you and yes she is a vampire."
"The whole fucking time?"
"Well yes, but I also changed her so that she could protect you and herself if it was necessarily. So that's why I ran away. I only brought you in danger and your mom could protect you."
"But now I am no longer in danger?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well I am here with you now."
"You are still in danger, more than ever, they have found home, so that is why you are here with me. I can protect you better now. We are in a good hiding spot and I have a lot of man who can protect you here."
"Why now?" He didn't understand that.
"Why did you take me now in here and not before? If I am so 'well protected here'?"
"Because we wanted you to have a normal life as possible. Now that they find you I had to take you in, to protect you."
"And what about mom?"
"They don't want her."
"As a means of exchange, then?"
"Not even that, she is quite deadly to other vampires." He said with a grin.
"Why is that?"
"Well you know that vampires have venom?" I nodded.
"Kinda yeah." I said
"Your mother has an extra venom that kind of venom is very rare and very poisonous for other vampires and the Black Soules figured that out."
"Once again I am so sorry Aurora if I didn't have to do this I wouldn't do it" He said with much compassion.
"I just have to process all of this, dad."
"Do that, Pearl." He looked at me compassionately.
"Jayden would you like to come with me? I have to discuss something important with you." Jayden nodded.
"Mike watch over Aurora, please." My father said to a pretty broad man named Mike.
Mike nodded.
My vampire father and Jayden disappeared through the door.
I saw Mike grinning at me from the corner of my eye. After a while it really started to annoy me.
"Do you need something?" I looked angry at him.
"Oh, Pure soul of mine" he said with a grin and walked over to me.
'Pure soul'? What the hell!
"Uhm excuse me?" Mike came to me with a sadistic grin.
