3 hours...Late Night Complication

It's been 1 month a three days since the Vampire quest I have passed my level cap but am unable to level up. The guild has issues a four week vacation for the entire guild to compensate and give guild members a chance to recuperate from the previous quest...
During that time we had a funeral for 18 adventurers and now am in a log cottage in a forest with not much furniture.
It has bed in 2 room one for male and the other for females. A kitchen with a hand made table and six hand made chairs, made by Almeth himself. It has a functioning bathroom.
The house itself was build by the four of us, me, Almeth, Jiang and Kristella.
In case you want to know Kristella and Jiang are now the closet of friends, even though Kristella be making advances and even washed my back a few times, Jiang yandere side haven't emerged as much as when they first met.
Now back on topic...
We are now living here because Lisa don't want us back there she is okay just living with the maid.
Miss Lisa's affect towards me have diminished severely since I got older she must be from the shota religion...(she, she likes little boys.)
Despite not having any money we have been getting along on wild animals and a near by river even though I only use my water magic the others still use the river.

"Nope wassup?" I replied rolling to my right after swiping the status bar from my vision.
"Do you miss the capital?" Almeth was looking through the wooden window that was left open because of the summer heat.
"Well I don't have any attachments to it but I am a little sorry for all the innocent people that have been turned into vampires."
"You know, I had to kill my parents after they were turned?"
I looked at the figure of Almeth body in the dark of the night, lying on his back on his bed with right hand in the air. I have never really felt sympathy or pity towards anyone but now it like I was sorry for him.
He then lowered his hand and and turned this back towards me and after I few minutes he has passed on... into a dream I mean he's asleep...
I then heard the room door creak an in an instant before I could even react I was gagged and blindfolded.
I was carried into another room and thrown on a bed most definitely the girls room it's the only other room with beds in the house.
What are they doing... I heard mumbling and chucked along with a few footsteps thanks to the magic lamp in the room, I could get light through the fabric around my eyes, but the black fabric and the dimmed light mad the fabric hard to see through.

A few minutes later the two sides of the bed to my right and left sunk. Someone was sitting there. My hands were suddenly free along with my eyes and mouth.
"What the hell are you guys doi..."
I froze when I saw the spectacles beside me both girls were in there under garments.
Jiang was in a black bra and panty and her skin seemed creamy and white, on the other hand Kristella also wore black panties a black bro along with a garter belt and Black stocking.
Seeing them both like this was thought provoking and sent a chill up my spine I didn't know how to react.
Kristella grabbed my right hand and place it on her breast, I unintentionally squeezed and she released a small moan along with a little warm steam from her mouth. Seeing the small cloud leaving her lips let me realise how whiney, thick and plump her lips were.
My left hand then made contact with flesh and I looked over at Jiang who wasn't looking at me, her cheeks were red from embarrassment and my left hand she place on her thigh.
I felt warmth from both sides in a sensation I had never gotten in my previous life.
Kristella pushed me down on the bed , she started to unhook Jiang's bra revealing the plumb yet firm breast.
She then removed her and climbed atop me after removing my shirt.
At first I was rethinking things in my mind but I just went along with it and had fun in rounds 3 hours straight.
THAT MARTIAL ARTS STAMINA BOOST IS SOMETHING ELSE.

I placed Kristella on the bed where Jiang was curled up as both their ragged breathing began claming down.
I was also out of steam, the boost was waring off but I didn't mind, the girls looked like 7 rounds each was all they could take.
I sat on the bed squeezing my biceps from the position that was like weight training.

I was about to direct my gaze to the window when I say a human figure on the other bed in the dim night light from the magic lamp and remembered Sarah the Vampire that Almeth saved was awake and she saw everything...
Thing got awkward after she noticed I saw her so I just left the room and return to my room to sleep.
I forgot to mention but the vampire have been living with us and her special ability after becoming a vampire is shape shifting so can look human and according to this world's logic vampires weakness aren't the same ad I know from my past life... same with their abilities, only a king level vampire can make minions and vampires only require blood once a month...
