Tanah Agra (3)

Rihan sits on the parapet fence at the top of the ancient temple. From here he could see very clearly the view of the entire Land of Agra. Maybe this place isn't that bad. Most of the Dragons instead seemed to lead normal lives like most of the civilians in Beta Urora.

Could it be that only certain people like his father or other family heads were too obedient to the old rules of the ancestors?

Rihan spontaneously smiled at the ridiculous thought. He began to take out the dizi flute and for the first time he played the instrument in Tanah Agra.

The melodious chanting could be heard all the way to the foot of the majestic castle. Alvi who was with Ririn and Lily suddenly looked up. His eyes fell on the ancient temple behind the castle. Unconsciously Alvi smiled silently while enjoying the strains of the melody.

"Her voice is beautiful." Rin commented.

"He's in a good mood," Alvi mumbled for some reason, he could immediately tell Rihan's feelings through the dizi rhythm.

"Who?" Ririn, of course, didn't know who was behind the melodious chanting of the dizi flute.

"Ryan," Alvi replied firmly as he continued his steps towards the Vaiskyler residence. They had just returned from Julius' house.

In fact, you could say that all day Alvi went around Tanah Agra introducing Ririn to the heads of other noble families. It would be rude if non-Dragons like them suddenly hitch a ride in the Land of Agra without introducing themselves. Of course Raka Gilbert Vaiskyler accompanied the two of them.

First the Ragnvald and Frostfall families. Based on a simple map drawn by Raka, Tanah Agra actually has 5 separate main lands. First is the central ground where the majestic castle, ancient temple, sacred stone wall as well as the Vaiskyler residence are located. This central land is the largest and most extensive land.

Then the remaining 4 soils are about a quarter to half the size of the central soil. Each filled a position to the north, west, east and south of the central land. A giant long and sturdy tendril seemed to connect the lands to the central ground. But between the lands north to east is not connected anything, as well as between lands east to south, south to west and west to north.

The Ragnvald and Frostfall families lived in the same land, the northern lands. The two families have traditionally been the guardians of the north gate. The gate that connects Tanah Agra with the outside world. From this gate they can monitor all forms of changes that occur down there. Whether it's Beta Urora or another parallel dimension.

After that, Alvi and Ririn went to Waldermar's residence. The Waldermar family was the most populous Dragon Clan noble family. Although the nuclear family only consists of 10 to 11 people, branch families can reach hundreds. They all lived scattered among the dozens of small lands connected to the southern lands.

This scene was very different from the northern lands which only had one land.

As in the beginning Arken introduced Alvi to this family. Demita Waldermar gave a blatantly hostile and condescending look.

"You'd better not be long. Mother is in a super bad mood," Andra whispered at that time.

The word 'super bad' has actually been felt by Alvi and Raka since they entered. The atmosphere in this magnificently sized residence seemed heavy and ready to explode at any moment. It seems that the presence of Endley's small family in Tanah Agra has succeeded in making Demita even more uncomfortable. Solah there are dangerous fleas nearby!

Then, lastly is Julius's house. Kane family home located in eastern land. The atmosphere on this land is much more lively. The streets seem crowded and several shops to markets can be seen here. No wonder, because the Kane family lives mingling with other Dragons.

But unfortunately that day Henry Aditya Kane was not at home. They were only greeted by their mother, sister and Julius himself.

"It's been a long time," said Julius, feeling that he had not seen Alvi for a long time.

"Just a few days," replied Alvi not feeling the same.

"It's so bad you didn't take me to Atlan," protested the man again feeling that his friends were 'stepchildren'.

"I don't want to involve other families. Besides, you just got home. Little Jennie must be sad if you have to leave again." Raka stroked the top of the head of Julius' younger sister who was already standing excitedly beside him.

Jennie Anindita Kane immediately nodded quickly agreeing with Raka's words. His face beamed with joy while his eyes took turns looking at his guests with enthusiasm.

Julius and his sister, Jennie, are 13 years apart in age. Basically, Jennie has a cheerful, innocent and friendly nature. That's why he was liked by many people and some even considered him as his own little brother. These include Raka, Alvi, Gina, Andra and several neighbors who are not part of the Kane family.

"Come in." Julius didn't want to let his guests stand out there.

"Come on, come on." Jennie suddenly pulled Raka and Alvi's hands while prancing in.

"The Julius family is much friendlier than the previous 3 families," whispered Alvi, trying to erase Ririn's nervousness.

Various kinds of food and snacks are served immediately. In addition, there is Jennie who tries to entertain her guests with some tricks and abilities that she created herself. His presence really changed the atmosphere of the house to be full of laughter. The Kane family is very lucky to have a happy daughter like Jennie.

It was late afternoon when they left Julius' house. This is where Raka parted with Alvi and Ririn. The man had some business at the special training ground for the Dragon Knights. Alvi and Ririn were asked to go home alone.

"Sorry. Even though I promised to accompany you." Raka repeatedly apologized.

"It does not matter. Ririn and I can go home alone." Alvi did not blame at all. He was even very grateful that Raka had taken the time to accompany them.

Alvi led a path to a giant vine connected to the central ground where the Vaiskyler residence was located. A natural narrow staircase is seen stretching through the vines. Ririn suddenly stopped in the middle of the tendrils. His violet iris eyes were fixed in amazement admiring the splendor of the ancient castle of the Land of Agra. The castle building almost covered the entire surface of the central ground. Meanwhile, thin white clouds seemed to disguise the top of the castle, including the ancient temple behind it.

"You'll never get tired of admiring it," said Alvi with amazement even though she often saw the view of the ancient castle from this angle.

"Just like the sky of Atlan. You will never get tired of seeing the marine life. There are various fish that swim freely," replied Ririn suddenly feeling homesick for that place.

Alvi smiled with interest. At that time he did not have time to enjoy the Atlan sky which at first glance does look unique and beautiful. "Don't forget to take me around when we visit Atlan," he said.

"Of course," Ririn promised excitedly.

Then they continued on foot towards the Vaiskyler family's residence which was very close to the grand castle.

It was on their way home that they suddenly heard the melodious beat of a dizi flute. The soft melody sung quietly through the ancient castle and of course penetrated the faint walls of the Vaiskyler residence.
