She put down the pointer and said. "And that's it for today's lesson! make sure to study and to be here before noon tomorrow." I picked up my notes and said "Love you mom!" as I left. The rest of the day went by fast, I studied my notes, practiced magic, took a bath, and went to bed. While I was laying in my bed I took the time to think about what my mom said. 'At least I no longer have to do hellish training in the morning' was my final thought as I fell asleep.

Waking up, I looked up, looking at the sky I noticed that it was… Red? 'Wait, The sky? I know I fell asleep in my room.' In the edge of vision, I was able to see broken walls. 'A hall?'. A loud explosion causes me to quickly sit up, Only for a strange feeling in my heart to halt my movements and make me fall back into the hard ground. Through my panic the only thing I could think is. 'What's happing?' I moved my head down and saw a wizard fighting a large horned creature, the horned creature had a longsword in its right hand.
Looking around, I see three other people, the one closest to me was a swordsman who was missing his head, the one in the middle was a tanker that looked like he was near flat, and the farthest one was dressed like an archer with his arms missing. The pain in my heart was brought back to my attention as a small earthquake shook my body, looking down at my chest I saw a dagger with a similar theme to the horned creature's long sword.
Since I can't move and I'm not dying, I slowly calmed down, and after ten minutes of watching the wizard fight, I was calm enough to take note of my surroundings. 'I'm in a corridor, with tall walls and remnants of a ceiling, large windows evenly spaced windows with pillars in the spaces, a red carpet with gold stitching below me. Am I in a hall? It looks like a hall a king would be in.'
I turn my attention back to the two fighting in front of me just in time to see the horned figure pierce through the wizard with his long sword. The horned figure raised the wizard and spoke with a booming voice. "I'm sorry my friend, but you knew to mutch. Once I've finished my plan I'll join you in the afterlife, I promise that to you. John Reyes." The horned figure lifted the wizard a little bit more before pinning the wizard to the ground with the sword.
The wizard opened his mouth and spoke his last words, and altho too far away to hear I somehow knew what he said. "It's I who should be apologizing, for I'm leaving this up to the past me. Final tier elemental spell, [Forced Reincarnation]." A large magic circle appeared below the two when the circle activated a large pillar of multicolored light that went to the sky appeared. While watching the pillar of light, shooting into the sky, my vision faded.
Opening my eyes I sat up and grabbed my chest, my sweat felt cold, I was shaking slightly, my vision was blurry, and my breathing was rugged. In the corner of my room, I heard. "Are you ok, did I wake you up Sr. John?" I looked over to the corner and saw the maid cleaning my bookshelf. I took a deep breath to calm myself down and said. "I'm fine and no, it was just a bad dream. Thank you for asking." She nodded and went back to cleaning my room.
Since the nightmare woke me up early, I took the extra time to develop my magic after getting dressed. The rate of improvement on my magic is slow but at least there is an improvement, my style and ability of drawing are getting close to how it was from when I died, and the bent magic circle has turned into a magic bowl.
With the major improvement of my magic, I decided to try them out. I started by drawing a water drop and activating it, a water drop the size of my drawing appeared then fell. Similar things happened even with other elements, I wrote down what happened and continued. I used The spell [Water Arrow] in a bowl form, after the activation of the spell, an arrow appeared, the arrow slowly grew in size until it exploded into five arrows all going in different ways.
"Wow, ok." is all I could say after half of my testing wand exploded from the spell. I looked up at the sky and saw that the sun was close to its peak. 'I guess I should go inside.' I grabbed my pencil, note pad, and walked inside while writing down my failures and some more ideas.
Before going to my room I take a glance at the grandfather clock, think 'it's 11:42 am, I got some time.', and then go up the stairs to my room. Once in my room, I prepare my practice wand and notes then lay on my bed for the next nineteen minutes, waiting for the grandfather clock to strike 12:00 pm and ring its bell.
Upon the cocks chime I got up, grabbed my wand, and went to the practice room. I entered the room and looked at the board, "Enchanting" was written in especially large letters while "Secondary Elements" and "Theory of Magic" was off to the side in smaller letters. Under "Enchanting" there are some pictures of weapons, armor, and accessories. Staring at the large words "Enchanting" I think. 'Today's subject is obvious.'
I sat in my chair and pulled my paper and quill out of my desk and prepared for today's lesson. My mom walked in the door and said, "Good afternoon! I hope you are ready, today's lesson should be obvious. I'm going to teach you how to enchant basic enchants on weapons, armor, and accessories. Enchanting isn't too hard but there is a lot to learn," she walked over to a closet door and pulled out a large box, the box made an unholy sound of what I can only assume is metal, glass, fabric, and wood. With a thud, she set the box down on my desk and said. "so let's get started!"
End.
