Chapter 1 Three weeks before the ballroom
I woke up to the sound of an alarm.. I grunted
"Flora! Would you please off that damn alarm before I smashed it" I shouted at her..
Sorry" she clicked it off
Suddenly I felt a wave of air across the room
"What do you want Harper" Muttering as I eyes still closed
"We have school, did you forget"
Grunting as I stood up, "Harper we are in college, not high school so we can go anytime we want", stretching my arms and staring at her "besides we don't have class till 10"
She showed me her phone and I saw
"11:00, jeez what the hell?" I screamed in horror as I collected her phone
"Why didn't you wake me up?"
The alarm did" she shrugs "and besides we are vampires, we can compel the lecturer" she said in monotone
"You know it wrong to compel your lecturer" Flora says as she sped to my room
"Hey! You are already dressed"
"Yeah, I got test and unlike you Harper I don't use my ability to skip school or tests" she added
Harper rolled her eyes. "Whatever"
"Wait for me, I'll go dress".. I sped to the bathroom, cleaning, brushing my body until I was done, I collected the clothes Flora and Harper chose for me. Black jeans with a black off shoulder and brown boots... You know what they say black is really stylish and the color for vampires
Thanks guys" I wore the clothes and we headed downstairs, we were greeted by Michael our blood sponsorer
"Oh hi! Michael" flora said
"Morning girls, I see you are all ready for school" he sits, dropping our blood bags. I have a mission for you girls. I took one bag and start drinking
"What mission"? I asked
"Well there's a guy I want you to, hmm, let me say threaten" he smirks
"Why?" Harper question's
"He's a rogue, and he's been a very bad vampire lately"
I chuckled, and they all stare
"What's funny?" He questions
"Nothing, sorry" Clearing my throat
"He's gonna be here, handing a paper to flora
"Okay at 8,Sure we will" flora says
"Okay girls I trust you", he says as he stood up and left
"What!" I asked as Harper and Flora stared at me
"What was funny?" They both asked in unison
"Nothing, just the way he said bad vampire was funny" I shrug
You are really weird" Flora giggled and Harper rolled her eyes
"Well are we going to school or what" I asked, they both nooded and we left the house
