'What a miserable way to die! I had never thought I would die by choking on water. After living whole life as a average level hunter. I died such pitiable death.' So I thought. After having just learnt to use aura after 30 years of practice. I drank water in excitement and thus the death. I usually practiced alone. I had little to no friends. So, when I choked there was no one to help me. What a shitty death. I tried resist my death with a the newly found aura but to no avail. Finally, my consciousness is fading. It's getting dark.

Slowly I go towards the light.
Is this the famed afterlife?
I pass through the light hole.
What is this? Is this afterlife? Why do I feel so uncomfortable? I look at my surroundings. Suddenly, a chill went down my spine. After having hunting goblins for 30 years, how could I not recognize a goblin layer? It's seems I have possessed a body. But how is that possible? I am a warrior not a mage. Even a great mage who specializes in souls can not posses a body without temporary memory loss. 'So, what happened? '
I questioned myself.
I looked at my hands and feet. I am definitely a human not a goblin because I don't have a green skin. But I used my tongue to notice that my teeth are abnormally sharp. I used my hand to check my teeth and I confirm their sharpness. Suddenly, a realization strikes my mind that my nails are abnormally strong. I try to sit down and throughly check my body. Yes, I am definitely a human. But why am I in a goblins maternal care cave?
What are the chances of possessing a human baby who is in a goblins cave?
I can't figure out anything and am utterly confused. But clearly I don't feel as if I am possessing a body it feels way too natural. If it was possession I could leave the body at will and dissipate but clearly I can't do that. I try to figure out things. But things seems to be ridiculously weird. I think and think. Finally I come to a conclusion. The baby's soul must have departed just after birth. And my soul must have entered this body because of vacuum created by sudden dissipation of the soul. What a great timing! Since I had just broken the aura barrier the natural law assumed my self as a new born. Thus the body didn't reject my soul thinking it's the same newborn soul. What a great confidence. But There is one more thing I am unable to understand. Clearly I am a newborn. But why am I able to sit up? I try crawling and I find it rather easy.
A noise of footsteps comes to my ear. I see a lady. She is neither beautiful nor ugly, Middle aged and a human. I can finally confirm my identity as a human. What a relief! But why are we in a goblin cave? The lady start talking to me. Apparently, the lady is my mom and I am goblin. My mom was kidnapped by goblin and was liked by goblin king. So she had to give birth to me. I apparently inherited my mothers DNA so I won't be accepted in goblin village. But since my father recently evolved to an ogre. They won't kill me. But the won't let me live in this village either. Usually, 1/1000 goblins inherit human DNA. So those humans are immediately killed. But case seems to be a difficult one. Since my father is an ogre. They are afraid of him. Since my mother persuaded him to let me live. Village has decided to abandon me outside village. Since goblins have extremely fast growth rate. They can start hunting bugs after only three days. Village has decided so send me off after 5 days so that I can survive. But my chances are extremely slim. Because of my human part. I won't grow as fast as goblins but I will have 50% of growth rate.
My mother has decided to feed me breast milk. I hungrily devour as much as I can. The more I devour in 5 days the more I will have chance to survive. Since my mother also realizes this she decides to feed me her share of meat. I eat and devour everything that comes my way. On the second day, I am able to crawl way faster than before. But real goblin children's are already standing up. On second day, my father comes to visit me and I see him. He is very tall with grey skin. I can clearly feel dissatisfaction in his eyes. He casually tosses a dead dear at me. I start eating it knowing that the more I eat the more chance I will have in surviving. I drank all the blood. I even sucked the bone marrow knowing that I won't have this luxury after 4 days. When right befalls I have finished a whole deer. I suck my moms milk dry. On the 3rd day, I am able to stand up thanks to that deer I am able to stand up and walk slowly. I am happy but I am also disappointed. It seems my ogre father won't be bringing me more food. But my mom feeds me milk then go out for 1 hour and brings be three rabbits. I eat 3 rabbits. But my appetite is full. But since I forced my appetite yesterday it seems to have grown beyond reasonable limit. My mother realizes it so she goes again to hunt and brings 4 rabbits and I eat it this cycle continues and I force my self to eat 15 rabbits. It's seems that I have eaten more than yesterday. I suck my mom dry and it's goodnight.
On the 4th day, I am able to walk but I am not fast I can walk normally but I can't walk fast and running is out of question. Today it seems father is forced my mother to give me meat. Father brings me a boar. I am happy because boat is way bigger than the deer. I sink my teeth into the boar. It's 6 am in the morning I have started eating. I eat and it's 10pm. I have eaten 10% of the boar. It seems boars meet has more calorie so I am unable to eat fast. So,I walk for one hour to digest the food. Since I am a half goblin I am literally digestion machine. That's why goblins have low lifespan. After 11 am I start eating again. It's 4 pm and I have eaten 50% of the boar but at this speed I can clearly not eat finish the food. So I start walking. And again the same cycle continues. It's 10 pm and I have not finished yet. 10 % is still remains. I walk to digest it. I can clearly walk faster now. I walk for 20 mins and finally I devour remain 10% of the boar. Then I suck my mom dry. Then I sleep.
It's the 5th day and clearly the final day, my mom is crying. But I choose to ignore it. My survival comes first. There is another boar already here. Since I slept at 11 pm yesterday I seems to have woken up at 6 30. But that's fine because today I can run but not very fast. I have decided to survive no matter what so I dig my fangs on to the boar. Surprisingly my appetite has risen and I finish 20% after 3 hours of eating. But I can not eating any more. So I run and then eat and I continue the cycle. I finish the boar before 5 am. Then I suck my mom dry. My mom understands that I need to eat more so she goes hunting meanwhile I start running. I run for 1 hour. But mom does not come back after 3 hours mom comes back. I ran for three hours and I am more hungry than ever. She brought me 24 rabbits. I start eating and I have already eaten 12 rabbits. It's 9 am and 12 rabbits remaining. This is a tough challenge. So I run to digest the food clearly I can run faster than morning. After 10 pm I start eating again and I eat 4 more than I rest again start eating. At 1 am I sleep. It's 8 am in the morning and I am woken up by the arguing noise. It's seems that mom wants me to sleep more but village elders are forcing mom to take me away from the village. Mom buys me 2 hours of sleep time and I wake up at 10 am. Mom gives me 3 rabbits I devour them. I know it's time to leave the cave. It's the 6th day and I can run rather fast compared to a human child. I am already 2 foot and little bit taller. My mom carries me and walks for 1 hour. I recognize this place. Since I am one of the veterans here I had recollection of this place before the goblin village settled here. Even top class hunter won't come to a village. Hunter only hunt wandering goblins and animals. If they are in a pack they won't dare and similarly goblins don't go near human villages.
Mother takes me to a place where there is lot of high grass. This grasses are called kans. they are very sharp and cut hand if gripped very tightly. There are trees everywhere. There is a burrow in a tree it seems that it was a rabbits nest and it's quite large. It's 3 feet by 3 feet and it's quite tall I can not really tell the height.
I am place inside the hole while is covered by kans. it's seems mother has found a great hiding place for me. My survival rate just shot up. There are 4 boars stacked on top of each other. So the width of the place seems to be more than 3 feet but the boars have occupied half of it. There is a animal skin to sleep. Mom looks me with a apologetic look. I know she can not help me anymore. She has already taken 1 and half hour to bring me to safer zone. If she goes back too late. Fathers position in the clan will be disturbed. So mother has to leave right now because she has already taken more than 10 times the time required. She hands over a dagger to me and tell me my name before leaving. It's Gobura.
