My new castle

As I was thinking of moving to mountain, mom had come. So I told her about my idea to make a cave in the mountain. It would be safer. So she agreed. Mountain was safer than a tree. Mountain goats were safer than wolves. So mom and me started making hole in remotest place of the mountain. It was covered by trees and was a natural camouflage. We dug for a whole day. It's a very hard rock. So we made 15 meters inside with a small width of a meter. I told mom that I had my plans. So she agreed. Since the war between goblins and humans was over. There were many casualties so mom was allowed to move after finishing her duties. So I gave her all the dagger and animal skins that was unnecessary to me and asked her to bring mana leaf, salt , utensils, rice and wheat. She left that day. After eating a boar whole. I retired for the day.

Next day, my real work began. I started digging sideways from the end of the tunnel. It went up ward making a slope. First day I dug 7 meters and the height was around 2 meters and same results came day after day and the height had increased to 15 meter. At this point mom came and brought me tools to dig and a sword. Since the dagger would get short for me. That was a good decision. She had also brought mana. But salt was difficult to find. So I again changed my direction and started digging toward the face of mountain. But this time mom and I made width of 5 meters and 4.5 feet height. So it took lot more time. We dug 3 meters in whole day. Mom went back to the village. I ate a monkey today and slept soundly.

Next few week were vigorous I dug for 9 meter more. The width increased to 10 meters. I made holes for sunlight to pass through I made ten of those but extremely small one. I started to make my floor and smoother by cutting the rough parts. It was rather smooth. The I brought cow dung and mud and made it like any ordinary home. Next I dug side ways and made a store room for my prey. Meanwhile my height has grown to 3.9 meter while I have been making my new home for 8 months. But the growth rate is for a normal human. But my muscles are getting better and defined since I am eating meat. It's natural. I am nearly 3 years old now which is 1/3 of goblins lifespan. But my lifespan ought to be more than 70. First 50 years for being a human and 20 years for unlocking aura.

I made the store room first. After that I made a bathroom. Next to bathroom I made a big pond which would bring water from the mountain whenever it rained by the use of animal skin in the roof. Next I made a kitchen where I made sure to to disperse smoke to underground then to a underground river stream. So that someone won't know that I am living here. I made beds. I connected toilet to underground stream. 2 years had gone and my construction was perfect. I was 4.5 feet right now. If my height grew to 5 feet I could surpass the C class. I was a 7 year old C class. So I went hunting and for the search of medicinal herbs for another formula of body strengthening which mother seem to have used in past. She brought be enough her for 1 bath but that was not enough. I needed to surpass my old self as soon as possible. I hunted the monkeys first. Whole monkey tribe vanished. Same happened with wolves and mountain goats and rabbits. Only few of them remained. I left them to reproduce. Rabbits reproduced faster so wolves would not die out. I secured 3 years worth of food and stored it in mana leaf. Mom had brought me hundreds of mana leaf in last two year. So I could preserve these ration for 50 more years with no problem. I asked mom about current situation and mom told me that father had evolved to a high ogre. And he was surely going to evolve again because he had found a spiritual fruit. After evolving again father would become a lesser demon. A lesser demon is equivalent to S class in human terms. She also told me human and goblins were allies now because Orcs are planning to attack goblin and human. It seems that another S class had come within orcs. So they were pretty confident because they had 5 S classes. Whereas humans had 3 and goblins had 2 but now goblins had 3. But goblins had way more A class than humans so it was like a balance. Orcs had 4 previously and only little more powerful than goblins and humans. Orcs planned to decimate goblins first and then humans. But they did not know that goblins and humans have secretly allied. Mom knew all of this because father told her. So there was a Huge chance of war after 2 years.

I told mother that I was going to seal the entrance and after that she agreed. I had found medicinal ingredients for medicinal bath that mom had given formula of. In last two years mom had taught me how to read and write. I asked mom to message me regularly through writing through text through a hole I created. Next day I sealed the cave.

Thus began my training to surpass C class. I knew my talent was not high because it took me 30 years in last life just to unlock aura.

I need 20% more ki within my body to breakthrough. More 20% more I needed at least 5 feet of height. Thus fastest way to grow was from medicinal bath. I took my first medicinal bath. It grew me to 4.7 feet and increased my ki amount by 8%. After 3 weeks I took another bath it grew my height to 4.8 meter. Again after 3 weeks I took another bath it grew me to 4.87 meter. Week after week I took medicinal bath and the efficacy was decreasing. Next bath gave me 0.5 then 0.4 similarly 0.3 , 0.2 , 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.05 and it stopped working. Fortunately, I had reached 5.4 feet. I was ready to breakthrough but I still had potential to grow. I had stock piled previous medicinal bath formula. Another week I used it again and again again. Finally, I reached 5.7 feet. My ki has grown to vigorous amount. My body almost could not hold it. It took me a year to reach this goal. Meanwhile when I was not taking medicinal bath I was playing with my ki for the preparation of breaking through.

Well breaking through was pretty simple. You just had to open up acumen's. There are 365 acumen's in human body. After opening it up, ki should be able to gush out of that acumen and help weapon to be clad by aura.

Day after day I started opening up those hole.

After than it took whole day to open a single acumen. After than slowly 364 acumen were done. Then slowly I opened up the last acumen. But I found out there were 10 more in my body. Basically opening up single acumen can be considered as B class because it may allow you to clad your weapon with ki. However after opening up more and more acupoints you can perceive a bit of your surroundings. If you open up 100. You can perceive up-to 10 feet without eyes. 365 opened acupoints allow you 40 feet of perceivable distance.

I had 10 more acupoints in the head. I opened up one of those. It allowed me to increase my range by 10 feet. I opened another 3. It seems that goblins are dumb because these acupoints in them block their rational thinking by decreasing the blood supply to brain. I opened up another 4 . It seems that these 4 acupoints control lust in goblins. Since they are usually closed, goblin mate with any and every species and chances of giving birth to goblin is almost 100%. I opened up 2nd last one. It allowed me to think faster. Finally I opened up last and it seems to have increased my life expectancy. My height was 5.85 feet. Now it's 5.9 feet. My growth speed will decrease by 50% since my life expectancy seems to have increased. Anyways I am already at a good height. So no worries.

Since humans and goblins have allied they won't persecute me even if they find me. But they will still apprehend me if I directly go to their territory. Mom has told me that the war has began. It's in stalemate right now. I would not be afraid to move around with B class power level but now is war. Everyone is suspicious right now. I better not move now. If I could go out to my hideout of previous life. I could get my hands on purity potion and stabilization potion. So decided stay around for 1 more year waiting for war to end. I waited till the food went dry but it seems war is not going to end.

Mom told me that she is like messenger from goblins to humans. She must know the current status of human territory. So I asked mom. She told me everything there was to it. I decided to move to my old place temporarily.
