Goodbye

Two days passed and all the Cadet Knights and Citizens have buried those who fell in the Headquarters including Commander Reggie Zunder. Crono was staring at Reggie's grave with Raphael wondering what to do next now he is hunted for sure.

"Crono, you cannot stay here for long. My father will be after you for sure now," said Raphael.

"I know I just want a few more minutes to say my last goodbyes," said Crono. "Hey, when I defeated that guy something happen, I absorbed something I can't explain it."

"What has happened is you absorbed his power it is a rare thing to gain but you are more than a halfling now you have become a Supreme Being something my son is the powers of an Angel and a Devil," said Raphael.

"I see," said Crono. "So, where do we go from here? I am being chased out of my home again because of what I am."

"I am sorry, Crono. I wish there was something else we could do. But there a place I know where you can hide for a while called Blight Town the home of the Devils," said Raphael.

Meanwhile, in a realm full of golden-like clouds and pedestals two men kneel one had brown messy hair with pale skin and blue eyes wearing white fancy clothes and the other was blond with pale skin and blue eyes. man wearing fancy clothes carrying a sword and shield. Down in front of them is a man covered in a veil of light. These two men were the archangels Michael who brown haired and Gabriel the one with the sword and shield and the man in front of them is the God known as Jaberiel.

"Father, Uriel has fallen to that Devil Child," said Michael.

"I know my son he will pay for this," said Jaberiel.

"I will go, Father with my army and finish him," said Michael as he leaves.

"And you will do nothing as usual?" asked Jaberiel.

"Yes, I refuse because what you are doing is wrong, Father," said Gabriel.

"Rather be like your sister and let this child threaten my rule," said Jaberiel.

Crono and Raphael make their way to the front gates of Cathedral City. Crono looks back at the city believing this will be the last time he ever sees his home where he grew up and thinks if Reggie's sacrifice was worth it to him.

"I'll make things right, Uncle somehow," thinks Crono. He turns and sees Joel, Oliver, and Alana as they were waiting to say goodbye to him.

"Crono, we are here to help you get to this town," said Joel.

"Yeah, three minds think alike," said Oliver.

"I must stay here I was chosen to be in the next election for Commander," said Alana. "So, this might be goodbye."

"Yeah, he was like a father to me and you were like my older sister. But I will find a way past this," said Crono.

"I hope so, Crono," said Alana as she hugs him before they left for Blight Town.
