Abel Descends

Crono heads back to the Diver Robot Suit and enters it and heads back up to the ship on the way up he sees the Leviathan it was a giant it had a humanoid-like body and octopus head it had bat-like wings and its fingers look like tentacles.

"Man, it's huge," said Crono.

Crono was back on the ship he has changed back into his Cadet Knight Soldier uniform with his pouches back on it was starting to turn a night out.

"Any luck?" asked Irene.

"Yeah, I need to find this Hero's Amulet then I can enter the dream world to confront Azah," said Crono.

"We must head back to Alassa," said Arthur. "Our land team just told me the cult is attacking the town."

"Damn," said Crono. They set sail back to Alassa.

They arrive in the city and see fires everywhere from the cult in the city.

"Damn these cultists," said Arthur. Irene sees something on the wall a man holding two lances in a black cult.

"That can't be," said Irene. She sees a spyglass on a barrel and picks it up and looks at the wall above the gate to the city and sees him more clearly.

"What wrong, Irene?" asked Crono.

"It's him," said Irene. Crono takes the spyglass and looks with it at what she was looking at.

"Abel?" questioned Crono.

Abel was on top of the wall looking down at the wall then falls to the ground followed by his feet. A couple of cultists then try to attack Abel used his lances and cut them down with ease without killing them as he saw the Cadets and Fisher knights trying to kill them. Abel was able to help the Fisher Knights and the Cadet Knights drive the cultist off until the morning.

Crono and they were looking around town for Abel during the day which would make Abel hide due to being a vampire and they cannot survive during the day in the sunlight.

"So, he can't be out during the day?" asked Raphael.

"Yeah, in Seville it was always raining so he can be out during the day it the sunlight he can't be in," said Crono.

"I might have an idea if we find him," said Arthur. They see a fisher knight approach them.

"Sir, Crono we have found Abel, sir," said The Fisher Knight.

"Where is he?" asked Crono.

"He hiding in a cave in the town he said he was staying there till nightfall," said The Fisher Knight.

"Please, bring us to him," said Crono. They follow him to the cave Abel is at.

They enter the cave where they see Abel cover up in his cloak.

"Crono," said Abel.

"I figured you be hiding right now because of the sun," said Crono.

"Indeed, I would die if it was to hurt me it is our curse for immortal life," said Abel.

"So, why are you here?" asked Crono.

"Well, The mayor has sent me as ambassador role from Seville," said Abel.

"what about your kin?" asked Crono.

"They have returned to the mountain and the Dark Ones have come down and talked to The Mayor to make peace with the people of Seville and The Mayor agreed to it as he only wants peace with our kind," said Abel. "My siblings are banned to enter Seville for the next hundred years for their involvement with my father who was defeated by you."

"Well, I see, and what about you?" asked Crono.

"I had no punishment as I help you but I told the mayor I too would leave Seville for the next hundred years as well since I too felt I was to blame for Magnus coming into Seville," said Abel. Abel looks surprised when he sees Irene there, he did not see her there when they entered.

"Is there something wrong?" asked Raphael.

"Irene," said Crono as he moves out of the way.

"Ah, hello," said Irene nervously.

"Hello, Irene," said Abel "you probably know who I am."

"Yes, you are my father," said Irene.

"I understand if you don't like me," said Abel.

"No, not all you saved back in the castle so you can't be evil," said Irene.

"It will take time then," said Abel

"Yes, but I feel can call you dad as I feel that George was my father," said Irene.

"I'll take it as long as I can be your dad and be there for you," said Abel.
