He said with a huge smile, but I couldn't return it. Instead of jumping up and down with joy like I should have been, I was ... crying?

"I really hope those are happy tears." He said as he leaned in and rested his elbows on the desk. When the tears didn't stop, Jackass was next to me in a second.

"Hey hey hey, why are you crying?" he asked, his voice gentle and soft. This made my cry harder, and soon I was full on bawling my eyes out, muttering incoherent sobs as my body started shaking. "Azania, talk to me ..." his forehead was rested on my shoulder, while his arm was wrapped around me and his other hand was clutching onto mine.
