Rebirth of the Starlight

After scaring Carla and Kai, Leila let Carla's hands go. She stood up and gaze at the empty wooden ceiling. "Follow me," she left without waiting for them.


Seeing her mother's eerie smile, Carla trembled so badly that she stumbled when she tried to stand up. Even Kai couldn't help her as he was in the same position as her. Fortunately, he is still a baby and chose to crawl out and follow the general-- mother. 


When Carla finally can walk, she left the hut and saw the mother and son in such harmony. Leila was sitting down on the wooden stairs as she caressed her son on her left side. She even hummed for him. Seeing them like that, Carla didn't know if what happened inside was just a joke.


She sat down next to her mother then Leila held her hand, this time, she didn't grip nor hurt her. Leila started to speak...
