"Goodnight, my dear Carla," Leila kissed her daughter's forehead the same with her son. She stood up and brought the tray of their food outside the room.

When Claude invited them for dinner, she declined as she was tired of the façade every day and night. She wanted a break from that for a moment.

As soon as she got out, she gave the tray to the maids and she went straight to the garden for some air. Exercising her cheeks from faking smiles for a whole day, Leila looked up to see the beautiful night showers made by stars.

"You're still awake?"

Leila was startled to hear her husband's voice, she figured he should be with Annalisa at this time yet he's behind her! She deeply exhaled not loudly and fake another smile, "My dear husband, I should ask the same, can't sleep?"

"I miss you,"

Leila could see the fire in his eyes and felt disgusted, she became a bit wary of his passionate eyes tonight. This is not good. She must escape...
