Intruder

Danny roamed around the hall, glancing at his watch impatiently. He heard the footsteps of his maid walking into the large entrance door. She pushed open the enormous door that made a churning sound reverberating inside the spacious hall.

"Sir, Mr Lenkova is here."

"Hmm... Send him in." Danny said

The maid nodded and left the spacious hall. Danny settled down in his private bar and took a sip of his brandy, his eyes lurking to the expensive vintage paintings that hung on the decorated walls. They were the only witnesses of his criminal deeds that occurred in this same place, painting the floors in red blood.

His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of striding footsteps that stopped a few steps behind his back.

Danny gulped up in his last sip and spoke in his loud yet calm voice, without turning back from his seat.

"Welcome Dimitri. I am glad you could make it in time."
