It wouldn't have cost me anything to just succumb to her wishes but i didnt, all because of the crush i had for her, and that cost me a whole lot. Linda's parents were major sponsors to the school and she managed to create a scandal against me and i got expelled. I spent most of my teenage like being homeschooled and disconnected from the world. I would have loved for my new life to last forever but it all had to stop when my parents told me i would have to be re-enrolled in my former school. "Miss Jeannette Humphrey, test started 15 minutes ago so you are late" the teacher shouted furiously. "Am sorry sir, there was a hold up in traffic and it delayed me that's why i came late, am really sorry sir" "I do not care about your personal problems, all I care about is that you're late and so you've failed my test, you know my rules" the teacher added.


"But test is still going on, Let me at least take the test please sir" "You have failed my test and that's final" he said with no show of remorse. I knew the teacher would never change his mind and I was just an average student so it wouldn't even matter if I wrote the test or not so I turned to leave. 


"That is very unfair sir" a voice shouted out from one of the students. I stopped on my steps and turned back to see who it was and I saw a girl standing
