"Well going back to it do you remember anything to do with the loud noise that you could tell us any information to what might have caused it as it was located by the second patrol in front of Cerberus's house or what was left behind by it but as far as it goes on the report only a crater found"

After hearing the king Akira got more nervous than before "W-well I was inside the house when it happened so I know nothing more than your patrol" she said looking down at the table

The king didn't pay any mind to that or her stuttering but instead focused on her answer "I see so we are still left without anything to follow on" he said scratching the back of his head "Well no time to dwell on that

He then peers at the window "Well it seems like there is enough time for one last thing" he then takes out a couple of papers "To finish up are and after all this will seem the weirdest... Will you take the test to become my personal guard?"

The whole room became silent with Akira and the instructors mouths wide open with Akira being the most confused.

O=Akira POV:

'WHAT!'

"It will come after your training so until you gain some mastery of your Rukh on how to use it so you don't pull another stunt like before in the testing chamber so will you accept?" he said with a grin holding his hand out

'This was a curveball I never saw coming... I see what he is doing' So putting on my best poker face

"Sorry I won't accept"

"What! Why!" he said losing his seat as it fell back

"I don't mind the training but it is being holed up in a castle that is what I don't want but with you being here most of the time being a personal guard will be a waste to follow on since what is there to do but stand and walk around the castle every now and then"

"I can let you have more breaks when nothing noteworthy happens does that sound fine" the king said putting his hand with the papers that he put down

"It does but being exclusive to you and dragging this much attention to myself is something I don't want" 'This is my final barrier'

*Sigh* He then crouches down and lifts back up the chair and sits back down "If that is so then I can't force you just sign this paper" he said with it in his hand with the pen under his thumb and then placing it in front of me "What is this for?" I said tilting my head a little

"Its to become a permanent citizen of my kingdom just sign at the bottom I will have my butler finish the rest of the process" he said with a face with a little disappointment written on it from earlier.
