Deception

Harrison and Stanley arrived in the classroom to continue their lesson. Emmanuel and Rosalind look at them, then ask why they are late. Stanley tells them if he finds Harrison sleeps in the toilet. Because of hearing that, Rosalind laughs loudly.

"How do you slip yourself, Harrison?"

"I slip myself, that's why…", Harrison blushes, hiding his lies.

They sit, and Mr. Godfrey enters the class with a female.

"Who is she?", Ask Stanley to Harrison.

"I don't know either, maybe the new student that Mr. Godfrey mentions this morning."

"But, is it early to introduce her? Why not tomorrow?", Rosalind whispers to Harrison and Stanley.

"To make things faster, I assume…"

The female student looks at Harrison smiling, and waves at him, making him wonders why she waves at him.

"Dude, you said that she doesn't know you.", Rosalind asks Harrison jealously.

"It's true that she doesn't know me."

"Then why she waves at you, huh?"

"I don't know."

"Maybe you can sit next to Harrison, is that okay?", Mr. Godfrey winks.

"Shhh…."

'Just say yes.'

'You sure?'

'Sure, get to know her.'

'Alright.'

"Okay, mister."

Stanley gets up and sits on the other chair. The new student seems calm and beautiful naturally. Every boy in the class (Except Harrison) looks at her with admiration, they get jealous because Harrison (Who the nickname the girl because of his tomboyish behavior) sits with a beautiful girl, especially since she is their new friend.

In recess, many girls ask the new student to come with them to the cafeteria to know her. But she declines politely and asks them if they know Harrison. Because of that, many girls assume that the new student falls in love with Harrison and didn't mind tell her where Harrison is.

At the cafeteria, Harrison is randomly asked by Rosalind's questions about the new student, even though Stanley tells him to be patient. His jealousy made Harrison glared at him. Rosalind gets pissed off by his reaction.

"Why you stare at me like that?", Rosalind asks with his hand clench to fist.

"Can you please let me talk for a goddamn second? Your mumbling talk makes me irritated. So, will you?", Harrison talks with an angry tone.

"Alright, tiger. Tell us why you get a chance to sits with her."

"I don't know why she sits at me. You know that Mr. Godfrey stares at me and him like… Begging me for wishing his wishes?"

"I see… You are Mr. Godfrey's teacher pet.", Rosalind assures that Harrison is Mr. Godfrey's teacher pet.

Harrison shook his head, "Nah, ain't teacher's pet."

"You sure about that? No objections?"

"For sure. Let's eat this food before getting cold."

They eat the food and see the new student comes near them.

"Excuse me, are anyone of you is named Harrison?", She asks with a smile.

Emmanuel, Stanley, and Rosalind look at Harrison who kept eating his food.

"Him.", Emmanuel points at Harrison as he wonders.

"Thank you.", She grabs Harrison's hand and takes him somewhere.

"Damn, so good to be Harrison.", Emmanuel envious of Harrison.

As Harrison and the new student walk to the back of the school, Harrison feels that his head hurts and he looks at the new student, who transforms into a figure that Harrison didn't see for a long time.

"Miss me, sugar?"
