CHAPTER FIFTEEN OMARION

"Omar where have you been?", she asked "I've been alone for like the whole night. What's up?". I wish I told her but I couldn't. Even though I wanted to. I wanted it to be a surprise. I so wanted it to be a perfect surprise that rips the joy right out of her heart and spreads it all over for us to see. I wanted to drop a bomb in her little world and make her think of only me. I planned to shower her with so much glory so that even if angels descended from haven, my sight will still be on her. I planned to do it in public. I wanted the whole world to see,to see just how great Prim is and how deserving of rampant praise she was.

"Nothing...I was just busy fixing something", I scratched my eyebrows and then shoved my hands in my pocket. I tried my best not to let it out. I couldn't lie or tell the truth. I just had to distract her and maybe she would let it go. She got angry and instantly turned around making me face her back. I felt bad. I got so busy in helping out my men with setting the fireworks and forgot that she would be lonely. She doesn't know anyone here who would at least keep her company. I was sure Liam and Cass were around but I didn't think she wouldn't wanna tag along.

"Am sorry love.....",I started in my persuasive love tone. I had to get my apology from her at any cost. I know I was in the wrong and since saying am sorry was somewhat difficult for me,I guess I can just divert the mission. I activated my persuasion instincts so that she doesn't say no. A little cuddle won't hurt. I spread my arms around her from the back making her hairpin sting my chest but I let it go. I was trying to win something much more expensive than my pain itself so I didn't really mind. Although I didn't want to,I told her I'd show her a glimpse of what I had been doing so that she actually gets my point of being invincibly invisible. I led her to the ground and firstly ,I put my jacket on her not only because it was getting cold but because I wanted to start lighting up the fire. I signalled my colleagues to release one firework. I held Prim's hand and whispered the quote I've been trying to memorize all day.

"Once upon a time there was a boy who loved a girl and her laughter was a question he wanted to spend his life answering....", and just then the fireworks went off. I didn't look at them. I looked at her. Her majesty Primrose Gerardia. She walked a few steps away from were we stood and let go of the jacket. She extended her hands as though she wanted to touch the droplets of fire that fell from the fireworks. I was scared for a second but I calmed down after they died down before even reaching an inch close to her. I gave Liam a quick text to drive everyone out to the courtyard behind the house. It's now or never.

When the crowd gathered, I signalled my men again to give us a blast. One after another the fireworks were shot into the sky and they went out into a galaxy that filled the whole place. Each one of them with a unique colour spread across the whole universe opening up a whole new dimension. I could see her splashing her hands and jumping in joy after each firework erupted. Like a bird learning to fly she slowly opened her wings and attempted her first flight. She gave no room for anyone to clip her wings. She smiled like it meant her life. I could clearly see in her eyes that she was happy. I could tell that her heart adjured to the law of loving me now and forever more.

"Oh my God Prim...I envy you...", this chicky brunette with short hair squeaked as she bubbled all over Prim.

"Don't we all do...",Cass shrugged while filing her nails. Her attitude tempted me to think she was jealous but I brushed it off.

"Prim!!! I wish I had your life", these girls cried as they gathered around her, admiring her. They touched almost everything on her and I prayed they won't damage anything. It all gave me the pride and joy I sought. Everything was falling into place. The puzzle was being completed and I loved every single bit of it. I didn't know what picture was scrambled in these tiny pieces and now I was finally going to get it. I've seen a glimpse for a while and now am going to get the real image. Raking it up and throwing it all away. That was the old plan but now, I got a new one. I shoved my hands in my pocket and decided to walk to where they were. My arrival dispersed all the ladies like birds fleeing from a storm.

"Do you like it?",I asked deliberately.

"Oh intrepid explorer.....", she began leaning her elbow on my shoulder and looking out if anyone was watching. Everyone!!

"Why don't you try and engage in a journey to figure that out..",she suggested. "Am kidding!! It really hit the spot"

"Morale is high between us and I've to accept the inevitable...",I began

"Which is??", she asked.

"You with me..."

"Was it ever inevitable?", she asked.

" I just thought so....it was so intense and...oh My God! An encounter with your aunt was like popping popcorn and then I know she hated me...",

"Spoiler alert!", she laughed."How do you know she hates you?"

"Oh Prim...that's a story for another day but.....am just glad we are here...",I opened my hands for a hug. She came right and fit in it. I carefully closed my hands and squeezed her. The loving way.

"Hey...you don't want huevos rancheros on your tux right?",she asked smiling.

"Oh yeah...I mean No. No I don't", I replied letting go."I have one more surprise!"

"Roll it!", I replied and I signalled my men and they knew just what to do. I moved away from Prim and a whole ocean of rose petals came one by one dropping on her. She smiled as they fell all around her making a carpet of flowers. She swivelled and wiggled her hair under the beautiful red petal rain. I laughed as I couldn't expect that she would actually dance. She didn't only tickle me but everyone as even they laughed. After the ocean of flowers was over,I told her to stand a little more for one more blast. When it erupted,it went off in the air and this time didn't splash into tiny sparks and rather assembled into tiny droplets that made words. I wanted her to see them. I wanted her to read them. They came from the bottom of my heart. From the depth of it. Every single word was true and real. I meant every word. Every single one came from ME.

"Oh My Gosh!!", she screamed and a flood of tears escaped her eyes. She read the words one last time before they dimmed off. She read it out loud that am sure even aliens from Pluto heard her. And they heard her right.

"I love you Primrose!!", she smiled and covered her lips with her hands. She couldn't believe it? Oh yes. Now this is what I wanted. To make her mouth agape and speechless. To make sure she doesn't even have the words to tell it all. To make sure she doesn't even feel like pouring it all out. Similarly, almost half the ladies around did the same. Lost in the romance around, some fainted. It was too much for them. Too much to bear and take in. I understand. Ladies are so easily won over but it wasn't the same with Prim. I always felt like I put up a fight for this whole thing. I always felt like I fought the storm just for her. Well,of course I did. I fought my crazy psycho gig and here I was. It wasn't easy but for someone we love it's always the best. I wouldn't let this opportunity go. I would still do it:just to make sure I win her. Not by hook or crook but through love and scove.

"Omar...!", she shouted as she ran from where she was standing and threw herself on me. I managed to maintain my balance and make sure I didn't' fall. After succeeding, I returned the favour and showed her a bit of what my hands could do. I hugged her back and not forget to play with her pretty curls on her back.

" I love you too",she cried "This is more than I could imagine Omar, I never thought you'd blast such a bomb"

"Don't underestimate me...", I waged my index finger in front of her face. I wanted to see that smile again. The smile that lits me up and brings me to life again. I wanted to see that curve....the pretty curve on her pretty lips bringing out the best of a smile I've ever seen. The award winning smile. The trophy getting smile. The love winning and heart melting amusement. I reached up and petted her hair. She smiled and returned my move.

" Ladies and gentlemen,am happy and glad that we all had a great time here and this beautiful palace of the Tabellos. Great thanks to the organizing committee for such a grand proposal. I mean wow....wow....wow....I totally envy Prim. She made me wish I was in her place",

Oh silly man! That would get both of us arrested.

"...so to wrap-up everything,we will have the waltz that we postponed because of the fireworks but it's always good to come in with a trick.... So without wasting much time, all gentlemen, grab a lady and lead them to the floor...", he finished and put the microphone down. I looked at Prim. I was about to ask her to dance with me when Liam beat me to it. He asked her right before I could. I didn't mind though. What's more interesting than the sting you feel when you see her with someone else? It makes you know you love her and even more.

I watched then walk to the dance floor and began one two,one two.

After she noticed I was alone, she came to me and asked for a dance. I mean isn't it supposed to be men to women and not women to men? I wanted to say No but....

" Sure...",I replied and took her hand to the dance floor.

When we got there,I just stood like a statue because I didn't know the steps for the waltz. Dances weren't even my thing thats why I didnt really bother when Liam asked Prim to dance.

"You know I don't really know how to dance the waltz", I excused myself to go sit down but she held my hand and told me she's going to teach me.

"I'll teach you...it's not that hard. I'll just show you the lead steps so that you don't have a hard time with the rest", she smiled and got to work.

"Firstly, you put your left food forward. Make sure you land softly to give it an airy feel. Bend it slightly to step on the ball of your foot. Then, put your right foot parallel to the left. So your feet have to be side by side and maintaining a hip distance between. Then, move your left foot to meet your right. Your feet should be touching side by side. Then, step back with your right foot. Bend it slightly and step back keeping your upper body relaxed",

"That sounds hard...", I commented as I couldn't really get anything here even though she was speaking and doing. I thought my comment will bring her down and decide to make her quit but it seemed as though she got even fired up and explained even more.

"No it's not....watch closely.. After that, move your left foot so that it's parallel to your right foot. Make sure your feet are 1 foot apart. Finally place your right foot next to the left. This will end the basic steps of the waltz and you keep doing it in that sequence",she smiled and I couldn't figure if she was happy that she'd taught me or happy that it was finally over. I clapped because I was glad that it was finally over.

"Wanna give it a try?", she asked taking both of my hands and making my legs ready to dance. Just then,Prim came and placed her hand on Cass's shoulder

"...mind if I come in?", she asked.

I could tell Cass was disappointed because her lessons served to be a waste. She taught me but I'll try them out with someone else. I could see the frown and disappointment across her face. I knew she was angry and burning in hatred. She wanted to say No. I am so sure she wanted to say so but she didn't. Instead, she just smiled and left. Prim could sense the coldness in the atmosphere but hid it. She didn't know I sensed it too and even much more colder than she did. She asked if I wanted to dance and I said no. I took her outside to the balcony were we had a chat until she said she had to go. I felt sad and broken when she said that. I knew she didn't mean permanently but still it gave me goosebumps each time. It reminded me of the dream I haven't had in like three months and I was happy. That nightmare just couldn't let me rest. But now I could. All thanks to Prim. Since she came I haven't really dreamt of it. Prim is positive influence. She changed my mindset and my way of thinking. She exposed me to goodness and I ended up getting rid of all nightmares. Exposing oneself to goodness gives you good thoughts and you end up having good dreams too. That's what's been happening. I agreed and went to my car to drive her home. I informed Liam that I was leaving and he confirmed. I got into the car and drove Prim home.

"Did you enjoy the night?", I asked

"Sure love....I enjoyed every single bit of it,every second was a heavenly encounter to me...we should totally do this again..", she replied boosting my confidence. I loved the way she snapped as she played with her hair. She had removed the hairstyle because she said her head became heavy and she wanted to make it feel lighter. It must have been when she wiggled her head under the rainy petals . I didn't like that her hair was down but when she said it made her feel comfortable to wear her hair down,I agreed. I just wanted everything to make her feel free. I didn't want to choke her or ponder her or anything of that sort.

"So.....", I said scratching the back of my head and I knew I was out of ideas. I didn't want to leave although I knew there was nothing I'd be doing here and it was equally equal with leaving. Although since I came story after story we talked and talked and talked without even noticing that time was elapsing. I even wondered where they came from because I assumed I was blank but in actual sense I was fully loaded.

"So?", She asked with a bit of laughter escaping her lips. I knew she was laughing at my unrealistic droopiness if at all those words go together. She walked to were I was; tip toed and carefully placed a peck on my forehead. I smiled at her and waved as she walked toward the stairs into her apartment. I would insist that she shouldn't leave but I stayed with her for like the this whole and it was past midnight.

"Tomorrow at seven...am..", she winked as she opened the door and whispered a goodnight which I replied way louder. I didn't understand why we had to whisper so I had to give it a go on speaking loudly. I felt the reality when she closed the door. Hard! I just went to my car and drove myself to the palace.

*****

I was on my couch waiting for a call from Prim. It was already ten more minutes before seven and I remembered her telling me to go pick her up at seven. I told her I had a perfect plan on how to spend our very first Saturday as a couple. I still couldn't believe it really happened. I thought I'd lost it all. I thought when I said goodbye to Lily I wouldn't ever experience it again. I thought it was completely out of my life but here I was feeling every single bit of it in my breath. I had fallen in love again and it was something I couldn't even believe. I just couldn't. I used to believe a person falls in love once but here I was contradicting myself. But then a thought occurred to me. We always have those little things we like in a person. And even if we leave that person,we'll always look for the same little things in someone else and we'll fall in love with them again. Even if we leave that person we'll always find them in someone else and keep falling in love with that particular person. And on and on...it'll be like that. It might seem like different people, but there's only one person with those little things you want and you keep finding this person in different people. That's why you only fall in love once.

I jerked after I heard the alarming tone of my phone. Pebble. I was receiving a call. I quickly grabbed it and tapped reply without even looking at who was calling.

"Hie Omar... Um...please can you meet me at Krazy Kangaroo...please...some thing came up so am already there....please come straight here from your place", she blurted out as though she was on gun point. She sounded as if she had been kidnapped and had found a phone by chance leaving freedom at her own disposal. I didn't understand how it all happened but I still held the phone in my ear. The phone got cut on the other end of the line so I shoved it in my pocket and looked for my keys;found them and raced all the way to Krazy Kangaroo.

I packed my car in the slick and span parking lot and quickly went in.

"Oh you're here!",she welcomed me with a surprise but heartwarming embrace. I really didn't expect it. I was expecting a waiter to ask if am coming with someone or if I had a reservation and this is what I got first. Interesting. I hugged her back and broke the whole romance ready to ask questions.

"So he's the one you've been nagging me about?", this red haired guy standing right behind her rolled his eyes and ran his hand in his hair. A sweat ran down my face although it was cool in here. Who was this person?

"Yeah....he is... He's Omar...my boyfriend",she replied. With a smile on her face. I forgot how it felt to be called that.

"Oh...", he signed.

"Omar this is Gavin Adams,a very good friend of mine. Gavin Adams this is Omar...",she said pointing at both of us helping us know each other. I guess....

"Nice knowing you..... ", he said extending his hand for a handshake. Gentleman. I gladly shook it still in wonder to what was going on here.

"So I guess I'll now leave....", he said looking at Prim and making am exit. She was smiling and walked toward me clinging onto my hand. She waved at him although he couldn't really see it. I still couldn't understand what was going on but anyway. I'll get to know in no time. He left a buzzing Prim all over the place. She dragged me to a table she said she booked and with a grin like a Cheshire cat on her face, she sat down and folded her hands as though in a serious meeting.

"Looking Good", I smiled looking at each and every inch of hers from various angles. I was really impressed. Her brown curls were down her purple dress and looked very good. I am no fashion designer but trust me the colours were blending perfectly. Her mascara and eye shadow blazed the moment and added a little glitter to the image. To finish it all,her smile stroke the heart out of me. It was elegant and brightly shining than the rising sun.

"All for you.....",she winked at me and bit her lower lip. I gave her the strike of a smile and she burst into a fierce laughter.... that which reminded me of an old friend. The waiter came and we gave our orders. I just wanted a glass of caramel milk. Since it was just breakfast, I was keeping it low but the meal my sweetheart ordered shook the heavens in me like before. She ordered something that awoke the freaks in me once again. She asked for frosted maple with brown sugar and vanilla crème.

"...bite size...",she added as he left. I got nervous all of a sudden. For a while now these creeps have been off but to the look of things they were coming back. For sometime I was getting off the Lily train and finally settling with Prim and it seemed like the odds didn't like it. All my efforts brought me back to square one. Everything is starting to be confusing again. The very first Saturday of our relationship,I came here with Lily and that's the exact thing she ordered. She even said 'bite size' to the waiter as he was going to collect our breakfast for us. I took out my handkerchief and wiped the sweat that covered my face. This phase was back and I couldn't believe it. I was beginning to forget Lily but this was just something weird. Was her spirit mad maybe that I was trying to forget her? But I wasn't.... I raised my eyes to look at the jovial Prim that was in front of me. She seemed overly exited today. She was looking around and of course touching those things that seemed to be at her reach. She didn't seem like herself and I was beginning to wonder what was going on.

"Are you alright?", she asked after she noticed my stare was a bit odd. Well I was confused, what'd you expect?

"Yeah...I am...",I replied straight forward and trying not to be blunt.

"Why are you looking at me like a suspect in a murder case hey..?", she asked with a complete change of attitude. I looked at her and I noticed their was a twist in the story. Fate was taking a new turn and I just had to be driven to it's direction. I couldn't make my own motions and movements but walk with the flow. It was high time I told her the truth. Maybe that will help her understand me more.

".... You know...you remind me of someone....", I began "You act and behave exactly like her sometimes...and I end up thinking .....You're her.." She swallowed hard that which I assumed to be a drop of saliva and raised her eyebrows at me along with the left portion of her upper lip. I felt belittled and inferior by her look but I knew it meant no harm.

"Who is she and what is her name?", she asked. I felt an inch of betrayal because my heart told me she already knew the person. I've mentioned Lily's name before in the presence of Prim and here she was playing ignorant. I do have a bit of charm though,so I'll follow her lead. Besides,I don't really expect her to be the one erupting the volcano so I just had to. It would be appropriate that way. I had to come clean and be honest with her. I'd been unjust for a while and this would just make it better for us. Relationships must be belt on truth and nothing but truth.

"Her name was Lily and she was my girlfriend...", I replied with no bit of shame, anxiety or terror. I used to be so scared of talking about it and especially with Prim but now I couldn't even feel a hint if those three. All I had was courage motivating me each second to spill the truth. She deserved to know.

"I don't know if it's just me but for quite sometime now....you've been a true replica of her;her speech, her food, her conduct, her likes,dislikes...you've just been like her",

"Where is she?",

"She died....last year...",I told her with no hint of irony. Prim deserved to know the truth. The absolute truth. No hidden treasures this time. I've hidden them for quite sometime and the hunt was getting boring. She just had to finally find the spot. "She....she...she died?",she asked a bit shocked. I didn't have the courage to answer so I just nodded. The memories of the sad day flooded my mind once more. I closed my eyes tight and brushed them off. I couldn't let them ruin my new joy. I couldn't let them steal away the hardly earned happiness. It took me a lifetime to get over her and now she's creeping back. Lily am not trying to forget you... Am not.....

"Omar.....am sorry..",she began with a depressed look on her face. I could tell she was touched and shattered by the story but I didn't decline the thought of dismissing it. She had to. I was proud of myself for finally removing the sting out of my chest. I told her every slice of it;no more lies. I felt like a man now. Men don't lie and what man would I be if I lie?

"It's okay....it happens...she died while still holding the title of my girlfriend...so I guess I have two girlfriends now....only that the other is a ghost", I joked.

"Hey....don't joke about it...", she said shoving a spoon full of maple in her mouth. Her forehead was wrinkled and her cheeks popped out because of they were fully filled with the food. She slowly crushed the frosted maple and swallowed them slowly too, so much that it was obvious to see it on her throat. I took a sip of my milk, followed by another and another. I felt so relieved that I took this burden off my shoulders. I always felt it heavy on me that I didn't tell Prim about my past. But now that I did, I felt one hundred percent free although not completely. I only told her half the story...I didn't tell her the other truth.

"You know what Prim....I always seem to date flowers...",I changed the topic while finishing my milk. I put the glass down and let out a sigh of relief like I just carried a heavy log up hill. She finished her cereal and dropped the spoon in her bowl making it make a cracking sound. She placed her hands on the table like a detective and gave me a sharp look.

"Well...I've never head of a flower named Cassandra", she shot the arrow and hit the target. She rested her arms on her elbows and crossed her fingers making her chin rest on it. Her eyes pierced through my body and scared my brain out. Each word came like a knife slicing the fibres of my heart into tiny pieces. I couldn't understand why but I was totally hurt by it. What did she mean? What was she up to? Where did she even get that from? Ooh Yeah!! Angela....she got it from Angela, my boss's drama queen of a daughter. She never kept her mouth shut. She's the last person you'd go to if you want to keep a secret. Never! She blurted last time I went and that's when Prim heard about Cass. Oh God!

"Um.....you never know.....",I scoffed and carried my glass to the waiter which clearly was awkward. I didn't find any so I went all the way to the kitchen escaping the attempt to give a reply. I didn't know why I was avoiding this thing but I knew I just had to. I couldn't tell her about Cass now. Either she wouldn't understand or the matter would end up getting more complicated. They seem to be friends going on and I didn't want this to get in the way. I walked slowly back to the restaurant. She was still sitting in the same spot I left her. Her eyes on me and freaking me out. Her curls flowing down her head, shoulders and getting blown in the light breeze in the room that came from the air conditioner. She didn't move an inch until I came back and sat right in front of her again. I was so afraid of starting a conversation so I just stayed in case she will begin. I prepared myself with all sorts of answers and explanations in case she asks anything regarding Cass. I had it all well calculated and cooked up ready to serve. She seemed to be cooking up questions in her mind and so I also had to be on the safe side.

"How did Lily die?", she surprised me. Not what I was expecting but much better than what I expected.

"She was a victim in a hit and run", I replied. The moment I heard about Lily's death I was shattered but the moment I heard it was a hit and run,I blazed. What manner of people live out there? More of beasts than humans. So Cruel!! What if she only died because of delayed medical assistance? Maybe if she was carried and taken to the hospital she'd actually get better. Maybe....but no...they didn't care that she would be someone's sister, someone's friend, someone's lover, just a prey to their evil endeavors. I couldn't help but cry each time I remembered her. She was the love of my life. I called her my heartbeat;because she was... Sometimes I just felt I couldn't live without her. I was overly depended that's why losing her was like uprooting a plant from the soil, to me. More like removing a fish from the water and putting it on the ground. To this day, there's always hatred in my heart for this person that killed my Lily. If only I would find him...if only...

"Omar....I wanna go shopping today...",she smiled when she was telling me. She always smiled when she was speaking. Always. I would even wonder what goes on in her mind that kept her so smiley. I spared sometime to sit down and start to think of what it could be. She always amazed me.

"You wanna come with? ...we could stop at Krazy Kangaroo for a treat...or we could go to Cra'Yola...and see the robots go zoom zoom zoom...asking 'can I crayon your food?' And then I'll be like yeah...go ahead...while flattering my eye lashes..", she just never stopped. Cra'Yola was like her second God and it scared me as I thought she was obsessed by it. She'd ask me to take her there everyday and I always would. Sometimes,we would go to Krazy Kangaroo and she would order her favorite meal:hawaiian spaghetti, Chinese soup and chicken nuggets. I fancied how she called it a nuggeroni after she would add fresh pepperoni. She said she called it a nuggeroni because of how nice the smell blended together. Full of surprises she was....full of surprises. I wanted to say No to her request to go shopping. I had an ill feeling that something might go wrong. I let it out and spoke my heart. I denied her my permit but she didn't listen to me. She had this persistent side that even I couldn't penetrate through sometimes and it angered me. It angered me most and it still does now that I couldn't get even more persistent than her and led her right to her death. It still chokes me every single day.

"You really loved her right?", Prim asked. Surprisingly, she was smiling. I guess she wasn't the type of girl that got angry when they hear stories of the guys previous girlfriends. She wasn't a geek. Her smile was sincere and you could tell she had no ill motive behind it unlike other people...and that made me realise one thing..

"I love you more...", I replied. I imitated her and sat in the detective position she was sitting and I laughed when I saw her withdraw and sit back. She leaned on the chair and I saw her smile. She slowly brushed off her hair strands to her back and not behind her ear like she usually did. She was blushing...

"Omar you don't have to compare the love you had for Lily and the love you have for me. I totally understand if you love her more... I really do...", she assured me and I was really happy. Prim wasn't like the other ladies around. She was a rare unique specie and it made me happy to sit and listen to her. She made it clear that she wasn't competing with anyone but she just came as she was and it made me fall even deeper for her.

"Am not comparing. I'd never do that. You guys are different and you hold different places in my heart. She had her place and you have your own. You can't compare a rose and a lily can you? No right, so even the attention and care you give to each is different. A rose has thorns that choke you and penetrate through your skin while the lily grows in mud and splashes it all over you. Equally devious", I explained making her narrow her eyes at me.

"Point is....I never really enjoyed anything after she left. I never really liked a thing. I even hated the shops she went to most especially Krazy Kangaroo and Cra'Yola because when she died....she had a Krazy Kangaroo takeaway box and a Cra'Yola cone...",

"Oh...that's why you always freaked out at the mention of Krazy Kangaroo and Cra'Yola.... ",

"Yeah-huh. And meeting you made me go through it all again. Of course it hurt at first but I realised I was just running away from my own joy. I used to have fun in those places why can't I now? And bit by bit...you began melting my heart of stone and here I am..having milk in the Krazy Kangaroo.. ",I smiled. She smiled back. I loved it when Prim smiled. Her smile lit me up. She was not as smiley as Lily but when she smiled it brought back the heartbeat and made life good again. I placed my hands on the table and opened them. I didn't say anything but just looked at her. I knew she was smart enough to get the message. She gently leant in and placed hers in mine and I closed my fingers holding her properly.

"I planned a one week shower of love. I will love you more than I've ever loved anyone else and I'll prove it to you",I began.

"You don't have to prove it...even with no effort I'll still know it's there in your myocardium",she winked and I laughed after I figured she just used a scientific word to refer to heart. She noticed my laughter and she ended up getting it too. This was a laugher of peace. Women are really one of a kind creatures. Just one of a kind. They are full of surprises. Each time you surprise them it feels as though you're taken to heaven and driven by the joy but when she surprises you...it feels like heaven has come down. Knowing that she didn't need any proof for my love made me want to prove it to her even more. The more she tells me not to do it,the more I end up doing it. Sad story.

"Thanks Prim....please don't kill my pride and let me have my honour as a man. Give me the joy of expressing how much my heart is overflowing with passion just for you",I smiled looking right at her. I could see her blink continuously as though something was in her eyes. She slowly raised her teary eyes...looked at me and nodded.
