Chapter 24

"Good morning, Mrs Suzuki!" The whole class bow to their class teacher.

"Good morning, students. Please take your seats." She said as she flips open the attendant book. Today, she is wearing a loose black skirt that reaches to her knees and paired with a light pastel pink, short sleeves blouse with a loose, long ribbon covering her chest.

One by one she called out their names to take their attendants. After she finishes taking the attendances, she looks at her class with a serious expression which is a bit unusual unless if she has something important to inform everyone.

"Class, please pay attention for a bit. I have something to tell you." Mrs Suzuki said as she closes the attendant book.

"Last night, I was informed from the school that there is a serial killer that's is still roaming freely in our area. I believe that everyone has watched the news from last night, right? So the school principal decided to end the school lesson faster than usual. All the after school activities will be cancelled for temporary until the criminal get caught." She explained in details.

The class started to whisper among each other. Mrs Suzuki cleared her throat before she continues. Instantly, the whole class become drop silent.

"So, I hope that the girls could go back together in a group because this criminal's victims are mostly teenagers. And please don't go anywhere alone especially at night which gives the criminal chances to take actions." Mrs Suzuki said.

"Stay safe and go back home early. That's all for now and thank you, class." She gathers her things.

"Stands up, thank you, Mrs Suzuki, for the lesson." The class president stood up, followed by the class and bow at her.

She slightly bows towards the class and leaves.

Yuuto looks out at the window while tapping his desk. He feels bored because Miyu is not around.

*Sigh~*

'When can I see her again.....' He silently sighs. Yuuto look at the blue sky and started to daydreaming.

Soon it was lunchtime and Yuuto went down to the school back yard to kill some time. 'The school back yard is empty as always. I guess I can sleep here for a while.' Yuuto thinks to himself.

After he settles himself on the ground, he leans his back on the buildings. Before he manages to make himself comfortable, he suddenly hears a group of girls are heading his direction.

'Oh, snap! I guess I should go to the storeroom to find myself a place to sleep then.' Yuuto gets up, brushing the soil off his pants.

As he about to leave, he heard a familiar voice. It was Yui. He decides to stay longer a bit to ear dropping her conversation because he has that weird habit to ear dropping others.

"Ugh!! I am so mad right now!!" Yui scolded. She suddenly kicks the wall in range.

"Whoa, whoa! Calm down a bit, Yui. If you keep on kicking the wall, I am afraid that the teacher might saw us." The girl who is wearing a pair of glasses with a twin braided hair advises her.

"Yea, Yui. Calm down, tell us what's the matter." Another girl with a tomboy-ish hair leans against the wall asked her to calm down while chewing gum. Her shirt is not properly tucked in her skirt, and her skirt is way too short that reaches to her upper thigh. She didn't even wear socks underneath her shoes.

"Was it from yesterday about that Yuuto-sama?" Himari said while taking out a cigarette box from her pocket.

"Want some?" Himari offered the girls.

"Thanks, Mari-chan~" The twin braided hair girl thanked her. She lights the cigarette with a lighter she borrowed from Himari. Later, she blows out the smoke and exclaimed excitedly.

"Ah~ It's been a while since I smoked." She said as she took off her glasses and keep it in her pocket.

"Oh, yea! Mari-chan, what happened yesterday to our Yui?" The twin braided hair girl asked as she takes another sip from the cigarette butt.

"Oh, she? Pfft!! You are not going to believe it. Yuuto from our class embarrass her as Yui try to seduce him. It was quite funny actually to see him turning her down like that." Himari chuckled a bit after she briefly explains what happen yesterday.

"Really?! How can this be? I thought there are a lot of boys are chasing our Yui." The twin braided hair girl was surprised.

"It was all because of her! That bitch is making me angry right now!!" Yui angrily grab the box of cigarette from Himari and started to smoke like a mad man.

"Chill. Who is that bitch you are saying?" The tomboyish girl look at Yui who is blowing the smoke out of her nose whirl.

"It was Miyu. But she didn't attend for 2 days already including today. If possible I wanted to kill her right here and now! How dare she steal what is meant to be mine!" Yui stomped her feet.

"Nah, it was an easy task for us. We can handle it, right girls." The twin braided hair girl smirked with an evil smile.

"How we are going to kill her?" Yui asked in surprise.

Suddenly, the twin braided hair girl started to laugh like a psychopath. Then she wipes her tears after sometimes.

"Hahahaha! Oh, Yui-san.... we are not going to kill her. We are going to kill her soul. After she has enough of us, she will commit suicide, as always. Do you remember our last prey?" She said.

"You mean, Sara-san?" Himari answered coldly.

"She jumps off her apartment last year, right? Yea I remember it. She was quite boring, to be honest. All she could ever do is cry like a baby." Yui rolls her eyes upwards.

"But this time it will be much more fun since it was your classmate. You can threaten her anytime you want." The twin braided hair girl smirked.

"Hmm....interesting...." The tomboyish girl finally shows an expression.

"Okay, then. Let's aim for her. I will make sure that she feels death is better than living..." Yui blows the smoke high to the air while smiling in satisfaction.

Yuuto snaps the picture and he began to murmur.

"Looks like I got my another prey.... let's wait and see what she is going to do next.... maybe this time I should kill her myself....." He murmured as his expression has darkened.
