He was leaning against the wooden door frame of a double bedroom of a penthouse.The room had plain white walls, Floor to ceiling window, a blue sofa in the corner of the room on which a pile of books were stacked on top of each other , a green soft board and a white board hung on the wall side by side and in the middle of the bedroom was a king size off white bed on which Sarah laid unconscious on the right side of the bed. A thin pipe connected with needle on her hand to an IV stand. 

She was covered from neck to toe  in a blue duvet. She seemed peaceful sleeping. Her eyes had huge eye bags underneath them. Her usual rosy skin was pale. A side of her lip was swollen.  Her hair were spread across the pillow like a fan.  She seemed like a cat in front of elephant with her frail body on this huge bed.
