Downfall

"Why duct tape?" She found herself asking snoopy as she entered the rubble covered concrete floor on top of an under construction building. The place was just concrete floor and pillars, no walls. One could see the outer area from standing anywhere. the place gave the clear beautiful view of Namsan tower.  If Sarah was to live here forever she would buy a home in this building. Anything with the view attracted her.
