"Oh shit!!"
Jose Pasodaro stumbled when an eruption happened. The coffee that he just mixed fell and splashed on his uniform.
He frowned, not because of the uniform but the presence that was erupting.
He was not stupid, he deduced that some people were fighting strong Demons.
"The corruption is so thick that I can smell it."
Filthy putrid.
He sighed and threw his suit.
"So they are going to attack this place."
"Yes, Chairman."
Chairman Renato showed up too.
They built the Hunter Association in Cavite after their main branch was destroyed. However, it seemed this place might get destroyed too.
"These Demons, are they really that strong? To think that they can attack this place without repercussion is annoying me."
Jose changed his clothes, now he was wearing armor.
"They are probably going to kill the Saintess, she is a threat to them."
The Chairman added.
They both frown when they sense that portals materialized in the sky.
"Nice, I'm quite eager to kill some Demons right now."
"I'll go to the Saintess."
The Chairman started running in the direction where the hospital lies.
As for Jose, he glanced at the portals. The portals started releasing Demons, they landed and attacked the people.
"Looks like they are making distractions. I have to clean the trashes."
Holding the rapier in his hand, Jose gathered mana and created a hole in the sky. He eliminated hundreds of Demons in just one attack.
"Dimensional Stab!"
He roared and set another one.

"Two Demons are hiding behind the car."
"Okay."
Kitsune listened to her husband. She pulled out a giant rock from the ground and threw it into the car.
The car exploded but the two Demons remained unscathed. A dozen wolves appeared and tore their limbs. They killed the Demons, feisty pets found food.
"Humph!! That's what you deserve for disturbing me!!"
Kitsune scoffed. She glanced at Klein, gosh, he was so hot whenever he was serious.
"Someone is coming from the sky."
Klein found another one.
Kitsune created a barrier and blocked the attack. Then, using the mana in the surrounding, she destroyed the Demon from the inside out.
"Looks like they are getting serious."
Kitsune realized that portals were in the sky, and they were puking Demons.
"I guess this is their plan B after they failed to assassinate the Saintess."
The couple looked at Andromeda and Colt who were sleeping.
"We have to protect them."
Klein said.
"Fine."
They both understand the importance of Andromeda. If she died, it would be a big loss for humanity.
"... My brother is fighting."
Klein looked in the direction where black lightning was descending. He could feel it, his brother's presence. It was tainted by corruption, but he did not feel any repulsion.
He shook his head. It was not the time to think about his brother. Mikael could survive this ordeal.
"Andromeda!"
Suddenly, King Shenten and Titania appeared. Titania found that Andromeda was resting, and she sighed in relief.
"Thank you for saving her."
She looked at Kitsune and Colt.
"We're not the ones who saved the Saintess, it was Furrneka. Well, it was probably my brother."
"Your brother..."
Titania frowned. She recalled someone, a brute who hurts women. She clicked her tongue.
"Anyway, we have to protect the Saintess. You guys are going to help us, right?"
She changed the subject since she did not want to talk about Mikael.
"We are already here so we're going to do our best."
"Thanks."
Just as they expected, the Demons wanted to kill the Saintess.
A bunch of Demons landed close to the hospital. They started bombarding the hospital to bury them alive.
Kitsune protected the place but the debris was still falling.
"They know my power."
Some of these Demons were probably from the planet of Animalia because they have information on Kitsune's power.
"We can't stay here."
"Wait, I can hear tremors beneath us."
Titania's hearing caught the noises in the ground.
The team of four readied to attack the enemy.
However, the one who greeted them was Chairman Renato.
"Woah woah! It's me! Chairman Renato. I found that the Demons are attacking the hospital so I'm here. Let's go, we have to leave this spot."
The hospital was currently being bombarded by Demons. Hundreds of people died just by the explosion, no one survived except for those who have strong Skills. Thankfully, because of Andromeda's Skill, the wounded were healed.
They entered the tunnel to escape the Demons.
After a few minutes of bombardment, the hospital turned into dust.
"Are they dead?"
A Demon approached the hospital, excavating the place. He found some debris, some dead bodies.
"Hm, I don't know which of them is the Saintess. All of them have red blood and their intestines are the same."
He muttered, grabbing a handful of flesh and stuffed them into his mouth.
"... They escaped."
He realized that there was a tunnel under the debris. He entered the tunnel, but he found that there were multiple entrances and he did not know which to choose.
"They probably escape around five minutes ago."
"Hey, did you find something?"
A few Demons approached him and realized that he was inside the tunnel.
"What a nice tunnel."
"Good timing, one of us will enter each entrance and locate them."
"Okay."
The Demons nodded as if they were not afraid of the darkness.
Well, all of them were Demon Counts and they were quite powerful.
The Demon Lords send strong underlings to assassinate the Saintess. In fact, all of the Demons that were coming out of the portals were Demon Dukes and Demon Counts.
For the Hunters, this might be a big problem.
