Heating up the Kitchen is the second sequel to A Dangerous Interaction. This story focuses on Gabbie Akechi who is now eighteen and in college. When she is called home for her brother's thirteenth birthday she finds herself staying with the family friend Masamune Date. He has a surprise for Gabbie and she knows it is life changing. Will the pair Heat up the kitchen or will they remain friends?

"I think we should go over early and talk to mom and dad," Gabbie said when they woke up.


"You have to realized sweetheart, your parents are my friends. Now I have made their daughter, you, mine. I have to go and talk to them and make sure everything is cool with them." He said.


"What if they don't like  it, Masa?" she asked with a little fear in her voice.


"They we will have to make them realize that we are good together, sweetheart. I really don't think they will mind." He said.


"No, my princess. We will be fine even if they are a little mad about us for a bit." He replied. "I love you and not even your parents can stop that."


"Masa I don't what you to fight with my parents." She said.


"I won't," he replied as he kissed her. "But know that nothing will stop in my way. We will make this work princess."
