"Wasn't your goal to make Aqua Chrysalis a peaceful place to live?" I reminded him. "You mustn't run away, Mr. Shark."
Isuru had a fleeting smile. "I'm not Mr. Shark anymore."
"You're the original Mr. Shark. I won't recognize anyone else as Mr. Shark except you."
"Very heartwarming, Ms. Butterfly." He placed a finger on my lip. "Now allow me to disinfect you."
He slowly brushed his lips against mine, letting me feel every sensation to its fullest. We remained that way for a while before moving slightly away.
"Did he touch you anywhere else?" he asked.
I shook my head.
"Just to be sure..." He began kissing my neck and moved lower.
"Hey wait!"
The next morning, I woke up beside Isuru. He was still asleep. I got up slowly to avoid waking him and made my way downstairs.
There were two identical letters in the mailbox addressed to me and Isuru.
My eyes widened when I saw what was inside one of them.
"Isuru!" I shouted as I hurried upstairs.
