Chapter 7 Alliance(1)

Then as Rashid saw the envoy, he made his royal Dimploman say with the third prince and the general already in front of him, "Well greetings toward your Highness Prince of Kou and General Kojin. I welcome you to the country of Balbadd known for being the second-largest trading center next to the Reim Empire."

As the royal diplomat of Balbadd said this, the guards of Rashid also bowed to the Prince and General of Kou while Rahis being a king himself, did not bow to the prince of another empire but just respectfully greeted them.

Then due to his serious personality, Hakuyuu Ren said with linking up his fist as a sign of respect towards King Rashid, "Thank you, King Rashid, for accepting our Kou Empire's sudden visit to your kingdom. Since we hadn't said, the main reason we have were sent here, can you pardon us and discuss this in a more private location as they may be a significant decision for your country Balbadd's relationship with our Kou empire."

When King Rashid this, he quickly said to his men, "Yes, of course, your Prince Hakuyuu and general Kojin will prepare a place for your ship to stay in for a meanwhile we welcome you to Balbadd's Royal palace."

As Rashid said, he ordered his soldiers to take the royal caravan, which Rashid had brought with him to initially ride in, while the envoy's he thought would come from Kou to stay in the second-best caravan Balbadd had.

But because the envoy was the Imperial prince and a high ranking general, he had to now share the royal caravan with them as he thought that the other caravan would disdain the prince and the general as he knew that most Kou empire people were somewhat arrogant due to Kou Empire one of the current strongest nations.

After boarding the royal caravan with the prince and general, Rashid had spoken some small discussion with the general. Kojin, as, unlike the imperial prince, who was a solemn person and wasn't much of a talker unless it's with his friends, which was few and his brothers.

While Rashid had once met the general Kojin when he had once visited Kou Empire as a visit for the trade routes and businesses that he dealt with who wanted to have the right to use the Kou Empire trade routes.

Rashid had met general Kojin when he was entering the Kou Empire country in disguise and some of his men back then. Kojin and Rashid met because coincidently, Kojin was still a low ranking officer and was tasked to keep an eye on the disguised Rashid as a guide.

But on the way, without knowing each other's identities Kojin and Rashid had gotten along. They became actually good companions on the trip when they traveled towards the Kou Empire's capital.

When both of them finally realized each other's true identities, they were amazed. Still, due to Kojin's somewhat good personality, Rashid and Kojin remained friends. Although rarely due to both of their duties, they do keep in touch with each other, and sometimes when Rashid conducts business with the Kou Empire, he meets up with Kojin.

Then as the two men talked inside the caravan, although silently as they still had their faces, no maintenance and because the Kou imperial prince was also with them this time. After a while, King Rashid, Imperial prince, and general Koji had finally arrived in the Balbadd palace.

When they finally arrived at Balbadd palace, Rashid had introduced the Balbaddd palace to the envoys before they all went inside the palace along with the guards of both the Kou envoys and King Rashid.

Then once the party had reached the conference room that Balbadd palace had in the room where only King Rashid, General Koji, and Imperial Prince Hakuyuu Ren was inside along with at least one bodyguard Then Finally Hakuyuu finally said, " Well, since King Rashid where already in a private location I guess I can finally tell you the reason we came here all the way from Kou Empire."

"Our Kou Empire had heard stories of your 1 and a half-year-old third prince. and the rumors around that he was a miracle child and that he's already magically adept at such a young age and intelligent enough to even help in certain problems of your country, am I right."

When Rashid heard this, he was a bit alerted to how the Imperial prince managed to obtain this detailed info as although Rashid knew that the first part was already expected on what the third prince however he didn't know how the Imperial prince found out the part of Alibaba helping the council of Balbadd in certain problems.

As Rashid was about to say something to the Imperial Prince he continued as he said "So the main reason we have come here is to propose an Alliance with our Kou Empire and Ballbad. Although before we make the Alliance the First Emperor had told us to test all of your son's to see which Is best suited to become the next king of Balbadd which we will Alliance ourselves in the future."
