Coffee

"Why are you over here?" Chan asked.

Yoongi grabbed a glass of wine. "I just wanted to drink a little bit over here."

Chan said "I have some ladies over there. If you're interested."

Yoongi laughed and said "Yeah, maybe later."

Balem came over and Yoongi said "Sanem lied about the bracelet."

"Why would she?" Balem asked.

Yoongi stared into his glass of wine and shrugged.

"What if she's lying that she lost her memory?" Balem spoke his mind.

"I don't think Sanem would lie like that." Yoongi informed him.

Balem sighed and said "Confront her then."

Yoongi sighed, "I don't want to pressure her."

"You don't have too." Balem winked at him.

Yoongi smiled and heard Chan shout his name. Yoongi looked at Chan and made a sign with his hand that he would go in awhile. They waited on Chan to get drunk. So, that they could sneak out of the party without him stopping them. Balem waited on Yoongi in the car.

"Let's go home." Yoongi said after closing the door.

Balem drove him home and dropped him off for the next business day.

He woke up thinking how it was unhealthy eating corn dogs everyday but he didn't mind getting sick for Sanem as long as he got to be near her. However, her lying still roamed in his mind and it bothered him. He got ready to go to work.

Yoongi rushed into in the car and tried not to get wet. He looked out his window but it was hard to see when lightning stroke hard in the dark sky. He rushed into the building and saw Woojin already in the front.

"What's going on?" Yoongi asked his brother.

"I'm waiting on father to get here." Woojin informed him.

"I'm sure he'll like what you did this time." Yoongi gave him hope.

Woojin just gave him a soft smile and Yoongi went up the elevator to his office.

"Meeting a in few minutes." Balem informed him as he peeked in his office.

Yoongi went to the meeting room and waited on Woojin to present. Mr. Min was waiting on Woojin to come into the meeting but he was taking awhile. It made him and the others impatient. Yoongi had so much patience that he didn't mind waiting all day on him. Woojin finally, came in and some sounded upset. He plugged in his equipment and looked for the file with his presentation. Since, he took awhile people began to whisper.

Mr. Min asked "What's going on?"

Woojin embarrassingly said "It seems to me, it didn't save."

"Did you not back it up?!" Mr. Min looked very frustrated and disappointed at his son.

Yoongi stood up and said "Let me look for-"

"No!" He sort of shouted at Yoongi.

Woojin didn't want his help or anyone. He wanted to do this alone and show his dad he could do it. Deep down we all knew Mr. Min had a favorite.

"Don't yell at him. You know this is your fault." Mr. Min ordered him.

He stood up and said "This meeting is cancelled."

"What?! No, just give me a few minutes to see if I can find it." Woojin pleaded.

Mr. Min walked past him and ignored him. Yoongi knew his father was very embarrassed with everyone that was present. Everyone, left the room but Yoongi stayed last just to look at Woojin. He just stared at the computer and didn't seem to notice Yoongi was there. Yoongi left the room and went to Balem.

"Take me to Sanem."

They arrived to the corner where she would sale her corn dogs but she wasn't there.

Yoongi heart rate speeded up a little bit. He knew he was very worried about her.

"Take me to her house." Yoongi ordered as his palms began to sweat.

"What if something happened to her? I should have told her the truth. Will I ever see her again? I hope she's ok." His thoughts killed him a little more.

He rushed to her front door and knocked quickly. No one answered. He knocked again but longer. Yoongi stopped and looked at his watch.

"Is everything alright?" Sanem asked as she opened her door.

Yoongi sighed peacefully. "You aren't working?"

She smiled and said "No, silly. It's raining. That's dangerous working under rain and thunder. Come on in. Oh, is Balem coming?"

Yoongi went in and said "No." He examined the room and knew he had to get some answers from her somehow.

"I just got up, sorry. I don't have anything to offer you." Sanem said from behind.

Yoongi turned to look at her. "I just wanted to check up on you. I didn't see you and I got worried. I thought something happened to you."

She frowned her eyebrows but then blushed. "You hardly know me and you're already worried about me?" She laughed a little.

Yoongi shrugged. "Why not? It's good to worry about the people around you. Don't you think?"

Sanem smiled. "Yeah but strangers?"

He nodded. "You never know when you'll need that stranger in your life. People cross your path for a reason. Why not explore?"

"Not everyone can help you..." She said with a low sigh.

"What's wrong?" Yoongi asked.

Sanem just smiled at him like she wanted to cry with her teary eyes.

"I'm going to go fix myself and then I'll come back." She pointed to her room as she dismissed herself. Yoongi took the opportunity to look around her apartment.

"No, pictures?" He questioned himself like a detective.

"Want some coffee?" She came out putting her hair into a ponytail.

He looked at her outfit.

She noticed. "I'm not planning on leaving the house. I don't know about you but I'm staying in my pajamas."

He shyly smiled at her and said "No no stay comfortable in your apartment. It feels good to stay in them."

She pointed at her coffee mug. He nodded and took a seat on her couch. Sanem brought him the coffee and sat next to him.

"Did you just move here? I don't see any pictures of your family or grandma." Yoongi asked trying to get some information out of her.

Sanem looked around her walls and then back at him. "Oh, um my parents died and I have no pictures of them."

"Really? I'm sorry to hear that. At least, you have your grandma. What's her name?" Yoongi asked.

Sanem glared at him and then sipped out of her mug. She quickly made up the name as she answered "Lona."

Yoongi let out a fake laugh. "Ohhhh! So, you have a boyfriend."

"What do you mean?" She looked at him confused.

"Your bracelet has something written on it. I know because Balem asked me if I knew who's it was." Yoongi informed her.

She looked down at her bracelet and remembered it had "S + S" written inside.

"You ok?" Yoongi asked her.

Sanem smiled at him but with pain. "Yeah, could you give me those pills by you on that shelf?"

Yoongi looked and grabbed them. He memorized the name of the pills and gave them to her.

"What's that for? If, I can ask."

"Pain killers. I suffer a lot of migraines. I say I'm going to change doctors cause the pain gets a little worse." Sanem said as she drinked it.

Yoongi took out his phone and asked for Sanem phone number. "I can give you my doctor information. So, that you can get a second opinion of what you are drinking or what you can do to improve."

Sanem smiled at him. "Sadly, migraines are hard to deal with in general." She gave him her phone number.

Yoongi put his mug down and said "When I was younger I was going to get surgery because I suffered from migraines everyday and almost all day. The sun was my biggest enemy because it caused me so much pain. This doctor didn't give up on me and found my problem. He solved it and ever since I haven't had a migraine again."

"How did he fix you?" She was very interested in his telling.

Yoongi said "I was put in a tube and he found a big dark shadow around my forehead. It turns out it was all the medicine I drinked and it was being cumulated right there. It's important when it says drink every 4 or 8 hours. If you drink something different or the same medicine before the given time it can hurt you like me. Medicine was given to me to dissolve all of those drugs cumulated there. Thank goodness it worked or I would have had surgery."

"Wow. I'm glad he could help you. I been dealing with this since I got of the hospital." She seemed surprised as she confessed.

"Hospital? What happened?" Yoongi tried not to get excited.

She sighed and laughed it off. "Yeah, I had a small accident. I got hit in the head because of some dumb robbery."

Yoongi glared at her because something was off about this. "You're ok, right?" He asked trying to understand her lies.

"Yeah! I'm totally fine. I was just left with migraines" Sanem nodded with disbelief. She stood up to get some bread.

"Want some?" She asked.

"Sure."

She gave some to him.

"Well, visit my doctor and I'm sure he'll help you." Yoongi informed her.

"I have to ask for my files and I'm kind of embarrassed to ask for them. I don't want him to know I'm switching him for someone new." She blushed as she felt guilty.

Yoongi smiled as she cared. "Don't ask for them. He can take new exam's and you're good to go. Don't worry about it. It's not like he remembers you and is constantly after you checking on you."

She tilted her head and thought about it for a few seconds. "Actually, he does care for me a lot."

"That's weird." Yoongi squinted his eyes at her. She nodded.

"What doctor do you go to?" He asked.

Sanem said "Doctor kim Jae. He's somewhere in the hospital on the third floor. What about your doctor?"

Yoongi said "He has his own building next to the building where I work at. The information is on the card I sent you by message."

"Thank you." She answered him.

"Well, I should go." Yoongi said as he looked at his watch.

He stood up and then she did. "You're going back to work?" She asked.

Yoongi smiled at her and said "My meeting cancelled. So, I'll just be working on the computer today."

"Boring!" She shouted.

"I'm working with math today. I'll have some fun." He informed her.

She raised her eyebrows and said very impressed. "Ohhhh!"

They both laughed.

"Could I join you one day?"

"To my job?"

"Yeah."

"Uh, yeah."

"Tomorrow? It'll be raining too."

"Ok, tomorrow. I'll pick you up."

She smiled and Yoongi left.

"I need you to investigate this doctor named Kim Jae." Yoongi ordered Balem.

"Yes, sir." Balem answered as they took off back to work.
