Chapter Thirty-Two

Despite expressing my feeling to the two people that have made my life nothing short of a living hell I don't feel better. I let my anger get the best of me. Then used it to manipulate them to get the results that I wanted. I didn't do it for the right reasons. I should have done it at a different time with out an audience.

"Mommy are you okay?" Seoul asked.

"Yeah, I'm just tired baby. Mommy is tired of all of the fighting." I admit.

"Once, its over can everyone be happy again?" He asked.

"Maybe. There is a chance that a lot of people will get hurt." I explain.

"The good guys always win." Seoul declared.

"What do you want to do when this has all been settled?" I ask.

"Hmm." He says cocking his head to the side.

"I want to go eat buengo-ppang with Mr.Jackson and Ba Ba." He says.

"What do you think Ba Ba would think of Jackson?" I ask chuckling at his answer.

"Ba Ba will love Mr. Jackson because you love Mr.Jackson." He says.

"Ba Ba is probably mad at me." I admit.

"It will be okay mommy." Seoul says wrapping his arms around my neck.

"What are you two talking about?" Jackson asks.

"Would you ever want to go to Korea?" I ask turning my attention to him. My question seems to take him by surprise. I know that I had mentioned introducing him to Ba Ba over video chat but never anything more than that.

"Like to visit?" He asks.

"Yeah, I asked Seoul what he wanted to do once this was over." I start.

"What did he say?" Jackson asks, curiosity dances across his features.

"He wants to eat snacks with you and Ba Ba." I say offering a small smile.

"What do you want to do when this is over?" Jackson asks.

"I already told you what I wanted to do." I say.

"I know that you want to get married and I know that you want Seoul to become my child legally. That is all stuff that we can do here." He starts.

"So?" I ask.

"What I am asking is do you want to stay here in Colorado once this is over?" He ask.

"I know that I should have talked to you first before asking Grant to relieve you of your Gamma position." I start.

"Rin, what is your heart telling you?" He says cutting me off.

"I want to go visit my family in Korea and let them know that we are okay." I admit.

"And then what?" He asks.

"I would like to get to know the family that I never had." I admit thinking about Deans offer.

"Then that is what we will do." He says giving me a peck on the lips.

"Are you okay with that?" I ask.

"I would follow you to the ends of the earth." He says. His blue eyes show nothing but sincerity and adoration.

"I love you so much." I say with a wide grin on my face.

"Where is everyone?" I ask changing the subject.

"Well, thanks to you we now have Dragon Blood warriors on their way over to assist us. Grant decided to leave Blake and Addison where they are. So, he has some type of defense for his territory." He explains.

"What about Ash and Sam?" I ask.

"They are on their way over here with Felix in tow." Jackson says smiling.

"But?" I ask.

"According to Mitilda's spies Verner has done nothing additional to draw attention to himself. So, no one truly knows what's going on over their." Jackson says with a sigh.

"I wish I knew who his mate was." I says letting my frustration show.

"Would you know it was them despite Verner not being present?" He ask.

"Possibly. I know who Mitildas mate is and I never have met him prior to the vison that I had." I admit.

"According to your vision we wouldn't meet Mitildas mate until we found our next set of allies correct?" He asks. I nod in agreement.

"Well we have just allied with Dragon Blood maybe they are there." Jackson offers.

"Maybe so." I agree shrugging.

"Come on, lets go back." Jackson says gesturing towards Mitildas cabin.

I wordlessly follow him back to Mitildas cabin, which is extremely over crowded and lively with conversations. Everyone seemed to be getting along including Grant and Finn who had been imprisoned a couple of hours ago. Its over whelming.

Will everyone remain friends after this?

"Alright everyone! May I have your attention please?" Mitilda yelled as she walked to the middle of the tiny living room. All conversation ceased and all eyes went to her.

"When everyone else arrives we will be meeting in the pack house but before they get here I wanted to go over a battle strategy that I have been working on." She starts.

"First off Verners compound is significantly larger than ours. Secondly, his army is significantly larger than ours but if my sources are correct they lack training. Normally I would just send my strongest people to invade the territory and I would stay here to protect my people." She says.

"In this case that wont be enough. None of us know what Daniel is thinking. So, we have to be prepared for anything. I have two groups picked out. The first group would be going to the Verner compound along with the Dragon Blood soldiers are, Grant, Finn, Ash, Neve, Elixer, Jackson, Dad and myself. Everyone else would remain here." Mitilda explains.

"Wait you plan to separate us from our mates?" Elixer growled.

"Yes. None of you will be able to focus on fighting if your partners is in close proximity to danger." She says crossing her arms across her chest.

The sheer idea of Jackson going into battle with no way to contact me makes my heart hurt. If I had been born a wolf I could fight by his side. I wasn't though. I am human. He has to fight to protect us and our family. Despite my reservations I have to be okay with him doing that.

The group on the other hand was in a total uproar. Just a quick glance around the room was enough to see that wolf spirits with in each of them are in control. Seoul wraps his arms tightly around my neck.

"Quite! Everyone Quite!" Mitilda yelled her own eyes have now darkened. When her wolf is in charge her presences becomes demanding. You can't over look her and you can't ignore her.

The noise quickly deafens.

"The reason that I believe this will be the best course of action is because no one will expect it. The last thing that he would expect us to do is separate off from each other." She says.

"It could work but it is really risky. If we make one wrong move it could all back fire." Dean says.

"Our whole plan could back fire. We could have done all of this for nothing." Mitilda shoots back waving her arms around.

"I think its worth the risk." I say. All eyes turn to me.

"I love Jackson with all of my heart. I don't know what I would do if anything happened to him but if going with out him for a day or two means that all of this can be over I am willing to do it. Verner may be targeting my family right now but take us out of the equation and anyone of you could be his next target. I am willing to suffer just so my family has a chance at a future. I don't want to live in fear anymore. I don't want my child to live in fear." I earnestly say.

"She has a point." Keegan says.

"Keegan." Elixer sighs.

"I want to adopt some kid and be able to bring them here to see there family and we wont be able to do that if he hasn't been dealt with." Keegan says doing his best to smile.

"I'm sure that Felix will feel the same way." Finn agreed.

"We can't live a normal happy life if he is around." Grant said.

"So, are we all in agreement?" Mitilda asked glancing around the room. No one spoke out against the idea.

"Alright, once the other group arrives I will feel them in on what we have decided." Mitilda declared.

"Are you sure that you are okay with this?" Jackson whispered.

"Yes I am. I want a better future." I declare.

"Too a better future!" Jackson agrees pulling me in for a kiss.
