Kaze didn't hesitate to bang Dr. Raymond's head on the floor to protect himself. No matter what, he would always choose his life first. He would have searched for alternative ways but unfortunately he didn't have much time to ponder

 As the floor stained grey in Dr. Raymond's blood stared at her lifeless form. He knew that sooner or later this woman's body would be discovered along with the reassembled S-Capsule. If what Dr. Raymond said it was true, then he might be caught for good.

"I am sensing some volatile compounds on the grayish blood". ZIA muttered in Kaze's earpiece.

That caught his attention, "Volatile how"? He asked. "Can those be used to power S-Capsule"? He asked.

"It might. There are too many variables for me to present to you with accurate data". Declared ZIA.

"I guess we have to do it the old fashioned way then" Kaze declared. Grabbing some petri dish, he managed to extract a bit of her blood. Putting it inside the engine he started it. For a moment, the engine roared to life but shut down within just a second. The blood of Lysserion is what he needed to travel back to Syverzius.

He extracted all of her blood slowly till she was completely drained. Her body had already started the process of putrefaction, making it harder to extract with every pint. When Kaze couldn't find any more to extract he stared at the bottle of greyish fluid. "ZIA, can you scan and tell me how long this compound will hold?"

After a second she responded, "From the rate of evaporation, I can estimate that it would take a few hours before the blood is turned completely inert."

Kaze glanced at his surroundings. He had everything he needed to escape, but the ticking clock urged him to hurry. The point is, he would love to leave this planet, to let go of whatever the hell was killing him. But he knew that the earthlings would come after him. He knew the kinds of ships the humans possessed, and that if he flew, they would manage to catch him in no time.

He needed a distraction, so that he could escape, but what? He looked around frantically and asked ZIA for her help as well, "ZIA, can you find any methods of distraction"?

"Last time I implanted a bug, unfortunately the same trick might not work. I can sense that their system is more protected than ever. If I try once more I am afraid my software would be detected" ZIA declared.

He wondered, if he should try it again. To sacrifice ZIA, so that he could escape. He was aware that it was a long shot to begin with, so in case he failed and ZIA was gone, he would have no one to accompany him. Not to mention he would be rotting away in some cell here before he dies or gets killed.

Before Kaze could reach a decision all the alarms went off. The door to the room closed shut suddenly, and no matter how much Kaze tried he couldn't escape. It was as if they knew Kaze was here, and that he was trapped.

Kaze scoured the room for anything that could be potentially a weapon. It was a good thing that humans skin were fragile but they might come prepared. Whoever it might be. Kaze even searched for chemicals that might be harmful to humans, just in case he was prepared. If he fled, they would know how to track him based on that the IAEA had a record of his appearance. Maybe things were over for him after all.

~~~~~~
After around half and hour the door to that room opened. Heavily armed troops with a protective suit entered the room. There were five of them, led by the same Captain McKinley who was hunting Kaze since Day 1.
"Everyone, go around and find me that rogue alien" Captain McKinley commanded.
They scattered throughout the room searching for him, who simply hid just next to the sliding door. If anyone of them had bothered to look back they would notice him. Being very careful, he slid away and escaped the room.
Since the whole building was on alert, it was hard to get by without getting caught. He left his ship behind meaning that all of this turned onto vain. That he had no means of reaching home. But that's when he realised, this entire things was a distraction in itself.
Everyone was hyperfocussed in finding him. So taking the opportunity, be uploaded all the information he had gathered to the mother ship Syverzius before his untimely death. He was hiding in a bathroom stall, and as soon as he finished uploading he heard the door being forcefully opened.
He had run for a long time, hid for a long time… but this must be it. He was surrounded, and exposed and there was no way he would make it beyond this. "Kaze or whatever your name is, you're under arrest. Surrender or else we much incapacitate you" the voice of Captain McKinley spoke from the other end.
Kaze took a deep breath and exited the stall. "Show us your true face"! She demanded with nothing but fury in her face.
"How"? Is all Kaze asked. The technology he used was made by earthlings, or a Lysserion since it was Dr. Karen Raymond's work. He had no idea how to reverse it. Maybe if he had looked into it earlier he would know. But he found it absolutely unnecessary.
"You use the dissociator" She declared matter of factly and tilted her head, in an attempt to intimidate Kaze. Kaze however was simply confused. "Dammit"! She shrieked and threatened Kaze with a weapon that resembled a gun, but had some source of nuclear energy embedded in it. The weapon was sure to damage the human's fragile self, but it might not affect a Zimerian in a similar way. But given how he was dying, he might as well as be as fragile as humans.
"Look, I don't possess any dissociator. I have no idea what that is" Kaze tried to reason with her.
"I guess this is goodbye then". Smirked, Captain McKinley. Kaze closed his eyes as his entire life flashed in front of him and he simply waited for his demise.
