Shaya

King Merithia was waiting for his half-bleed grandson to say if he wanted to hear his story.

Shaya wasn't keen but had to listen. What else could happen? His parents were dead. And he was cursed while his heart was beating for the girl he loved.

"Tell me the story, then it's my choice to believe or not." The state of truth in his words could make Shaya trust him or unlike it.

But yet a strong sense wouldn't allow him to give his great-father even a single chance.

The king walked back to the window. The sky was turning dark as he went on, "Immortals have longer annals than the mortal parts you lived in! Two thousand years ago dark immortal magicians bit off more than they could chew. They claimed to take the lost king's throne.

They began the second Dark era and another one hundred year war."

"Who is the lost king then?" Even in the beginning, it was unclear to him.
