"You should tell your mom, Fadekemi" she rolled her eyes at me and I was tempted to give her bum a few spanks.
"Stop rolling your eyes and talk to me" she slammed the Chocolate bar on the table .
"Can't I just sit at the dining table and enjoy chocolates and silence with my fiancé?" I exhaled and watched as she waddled to the living room, dropping onto the bean bag.
"Cara.." I walked towards the living room and knelt at her feet
"...I just don't want you to wish-" she cut me off with a glare and I started massaging her left leg.
"That feels so good!" She moaned breezily making me chuckle.
"Thank you" she muttered and I exhaled.
"So tell me why you don't wanna invite your mom to the wedding?... Our wedding?" She exhaled heavily and I was beginning to regret asking that question.
"She doesn't like you" I raised my eyebrows at her and she shrugged. That wasn't new, I knew she didn't like me but that shouldn't stop Kemi from inviting her to the wedding
