Place where there is pain and misery over there

The dreadful atmosphere filled in this unknown place. I can see a lot of men kneeling and they look terrified because no one wants to die in a terrible way like that. After they are drugged by the red pills they feel extreme pain then they die after throwing blood out of their mouth. That evil woman looks so cunning.  She tortured them before letting them die. I don't know what her intention was but I can feel this evil woman wants to look for something from us.

I see a man feed me with a red pill. I can feel when the pill goes through my throat but I feel nothing special. Is she playing a joke on me? That woman looked at me and gave me her sinister smile.
