DVB-T RAI Uno: "It's been a year since the events of July 20, 2020. As every year, millions of the faithful gather under the remains of the Holy Capital of the Catholic Church, paying homage to the fallen God's messengers who gave their lives in faith during the terrorist attack on the Vatican. Officially, the matter of the mysterious attack remains a mystery, the secret service failed to establish prominent identity cards of the suspects. Also, no witness statements could be made, since most of those in the Vatican at that time was not saved. The only existing versions presented by the chief witnesses among the crowd outside the Vatican walls testify that they saw the flying devil who killed Cardinal Alfredo. Priest of the Catholic church, which had the greatest chance of achieving veto and taking up service as a new pope. Unfortunately, along with the tragic events, it was impossible to take any sensible steps to rebuild the Vatican. The basic organs of Vatican authority were overthrown. The world of Catholicism is at great risk. This is the end of the news for today, welcome to- "
The noise of the static was interrupted by the sounds of the whispers of the faithful kneeling at the monument erected next to the demolished walls of the old Vatican. The monument depicted a figure of Jesus pointing northwards, put on a white stole, holding the Old and New Testaments in his hand.
The Italian authorities have not yet managed to clean the soil of all debris and destruction. Most of the precious items have been either secured or stolen. Sometimes, a single golden coin could be spotted - burning the eyes of passers-by with a reflected ray of light.
In the former Vatican, there is something else besides tragic memories and debris... ghosts and their whispers. Passers-by tell stories of the mystical figure of a woman dressed in black robes, wandering the Vatican ruins. Apparently, it heralds the end of the world, as the oldest citizens of Rome proclaim. Luna Lozano indeed may and looks like a ghost taken out of Andersen's fairy tale, however, it is not a harbinger of death... not yet.
One exceptionally night, while most of the work on the Vatican rubble ceased, an uninvited guest came along with his devoted companions. Dressed in various outfits from different time periods, they were connected by one element - all their outfits were black with white elements. There was a big fisherman among them, wearing an old white torn top and a black linen shirt, plus plain black pants made of poor material. Among them was a woman donned in a decorative gothic dress with white stripes, cotton stockings and light high heels with a bow. Among them were two brothers dressed similarly in black T-shirts and black pants not only that they were barefoot. However, one person stood out. This pale man with white piercing eyes was wearing a spectacular jacket with an elegant black coat on it. In his hand, he held a long black staff with a carved image of a crow instead of an ordinary handle.
A group of mysterious strangers approached the rubble to immediately find Luna Lozano. 'Do they call you the harbinger of the apocalypse?', asked the mysterious and elegant man. Luna's eyes widened, this was the first time anyone had spoken to her in over a year. Usually, people avoid her or pretend she doesn't exist. 'That's what people say about me, in fact, my name is -', Luna said, but she could not finish her sentence because this strange man interrupted her. '-Luna Lozano! I know you very well.'
The woman began to get suspicious, she did not fully trust the newcomer, but something attracted her. Some mystical energy pushed her straight into the arms of the mysterious darkness. Before she noticed, she was surrounded by the rest of the group.
'My name is Isaac! Khe!', a tall and well-built fisherman growled, he seemed extremely uglier up close. His skin was blue and his eyes were black.
'I am Rosabeth, mon chéri.', said the woman dressed in gothic robes, her style was indescribably absent as if she had come from an extremely distant place far in time.
'Zack and this is my younger brother - Grisha.', young boys introduced themselves kindly. They also seemed strange to Luna, she had the impression that she was surrounded by centuries-old corpses.
'Nice to meet you, Luna Lozano. They call me Mori Sulobaid. I would like to offer you peace and eternal rest, if only you help me with a small task.', said Mori with a refined vintage English accent.
'Everything is better than sitting on this rubble for eternity. First, some questions: why didn't I end up in hell? I signed the pact. Besides, who are you anyway?', Luna declared.
'All the answers will come, but I can tell you one thing - hell and heaven are not the only places you can find after death.', Mori replied.
Luna finally agreed to join the Mori Sulobaid group. It was her destiny, from the very beginning of all things, her mission was to join this bizarre group of outcasts. The diabolical events of the Vatican are coming to an end, because the next challenge awaits, the next chapter to "The Book", and another sin is approaching.
Luna Lozano's soul never went to hell, despite the signed pact and mysterious events from Madrid, the death of a woman never meant the end of her struggle with the physical and mystical world. The sin of lust reaps its fruits.
