"Stop," He said to me using his alpha voice. I turn around angry that he'd stoop so low and use the Alpha voice on me; his mate. I want to stay mad; however the mate bond wasn't allowing it and so I did as I was told. Not that I really had a choice seeing as he used the Alpha voice on me.
"Come to me," he then said his voice softening. It was as if a gravitational force had bound me to him and I walked towards him. It wasn't just some gravitational pull though, it was the moon. The pull of the moon is what caused me to walk straight into his open arms. I was totally weak to this pull and no matter how much I wanted to pull away from him i couldn't. I just couldn't. I was stuck here with him no matter how much i didn't like it.

Pull of the moon

Blood was stuck onto my skin as I walked down by the river with Chelsea following slowly stunned at what just happened. I began to wash myself off when we finally reached the river. The beautiful, clear water soon turned red as the blood left my skin. Chelsea was still unmoving until Bowen and Alexander came running holding a sac. Bowen tended to Chelsea and wrapped her with a blanket. Alexander handed me a robe when I was finished cleaning myself.


"You killed and entire pack!" Chelsea then said with tears in her eyes. It hurt my heart to see her cry but I didn't want them to see that so I turned away


"What happened to you?" She then asks grabbing my arm making me turn around to face her.


"They took you." I said looking at her.


"Dude that doesn't mean you should kill people." Bowen said joining in. I looked at him blankly.


"What if it was that Blair girl that is your mate, what if it was her huh?" I asked knowing full well a mates love would cause him to do that.


"That's his mate it could be forgivable because he would be so angry his mate was taken. Chelsea is not your mate!" Alexander said, he too was ganging up on me.


"I'm so sorry for caring for Chelsea and after what packs did to you I thought you would be okay with getting revenge!" I say my blood boiling with the thought of their ungratefulness.


"Not like this Asher, what would your sister think?" Bowen asks. This made me burst with anger.


"Don't you ever talk about my sister!" I say punching a tree making Chelsea jump.


"I think you need to cool off man." Alexander says resting a hand on my shoulder. I shrug it off.


"No I'll get my revenge with or without you guys!" I say shrugging off Alexander's hand.


"On your own, how?" Chelsea asks tears pricking her eyes.


"I know of a pack of rogues who want justice for what packs did to their alpha and Luna." 


"Dude they've got witches on their side who's using mind control magic to cause the pack members to attack each other, do you really want to get involved in that?" Bowen asks looking at me with concern.


"It's a high offence, you could be put on trial by the moon oracles." Alexander says.


"For revenge yes and I'll get quadruple the amount for each of you." I say heading back to the cave for my stuff. Chelsea, Alexander and Bowen run to stop me.


"At what cost Ash?" Chelsea asks tears falling as she gives me a pleading look. 


I look them dead in their eyes and reply, my soul.
