I Picked The Wrong System

In a world where human greed has given them the urge to conquer, Earth has become a shadow of it's former self and the human race has found an ingenious way to find a new planet to populate.



Upon the invention of portals to other habitable planets across the galaxy, humans were now past the threat of going extinct along with planet earth, whenever that would happen. But soon after the other planets were inhabited, feral, superpowered beasts began breaking though these portals, wreaking havoc.



The creation of 'The System' is a scientific breakthrough, mutated humans possessing inhuman abilities emerged, going by the term: 'Users' who fought against these beasts.



Kenji Hashira dreamed of becoming a User, to rise to the peak of the ranks where his parents sat comfortably.



The 'Devourer System' seemed to pique his interest and he chose it by impulse, but upon hearing the criteria to grow stronger, he began to regret his choice.



Stay hooked on his journey, along with his personal AI guide, Aelida and watch him tear through obstacles by gaining strength!



A.N.: I'll use Japanese words sometimes to add the comedic effect tailor made for weebs like myself but don't worry I'll explain each term so you get the jokes XD.
