"Welcome to auditions, where any girl is welcome." A tall woman with long red hair in a high ponytail and red-ish yellow eyes stood on a stage in the showcase practice room, holding a clipboard. "If you don't become a performer, you might have a talent for something else. Contest, pokemon conussier, or battling!" She explained, smiling. Her hair had gray streaks, so she was around forty.
I sat on a wooden chair that made a creaky sound. "Definitely a... Uh, fun outfit." I muttered, noticing her childish outfit.
She giggled. "I'm Aria, former Kalos Queen. I lost to the reigning champ, Serena Yvonne Ketchum." Aria added.
"I have a poster of Serena in my room!" I whispered to Evey.
Evey just stared at Aria in admiration. "We need to become performers!"
I looked at her in confusion. "We?" Sweat dripped down my forehead. "But this is your dream!"
"Don't act like you don't want to." Evey replied. "Why else would you have a poster of Serena?"
I blushed. "Um, well, won't this be bad for our friendship?"
Evey didn't hear me, as Aria's Delphox used flame thrower through the aisle.
"AAAANNNND, you can practice in the separate rooms here with three pokemon." Aria shouted.

"Alright. We've watched lots of showcases on tv, so we know the basics!" I told my pokemon.
Sylvie smiled.
Vulpix pawed at my shoe.
Gem and Lightning joined Sylvie, watching me.
"First, we need to properly groom and dress you." I said, and bent down to my pokemon. "Alright. Who's first?"
Lightning ran into a corner. "Pika pi! Chuuu."
Gem rolled her eyes. "Espeon!" She stepped forward.
"Good." I said.

The walls were a golden color, and the floor had white marble that reflected the gold.
Red velvet curtains surrounded the windows, and golden shelves filled with pokemon grooming products, ribbons, and everything that performer needs to spruce up their pokemon!
