Awareness for the causes of racism

This is a chapter about real events.

In real life, What causes descrimination is actually more nurture than nature in America. In cases where children repeatedly abuse someone for a difference is:

Is it seen as ugly or the child has been spoiled or abuse severely to the point where they take anger out on weaker kids

◾

Their parents were racist or bullies themselves to other people.

◾

Child abuse can cause stress causing the child to lash out at everything.

◾

Child abuse can mess up the mental state, making the child mentally ill.

◾

Physical abuse can cause brain damage.

◾

Child abuse can lower morals. People raised in abusive households learn to abuse.

◾

This makes it hard to socialize as they've never learned politeness.

◾

In the case of spoiled children, they may be taught to be mean to others or not know how to interact with other children and abuse or bully children based on their lack of morals.

◾

They know they can get away with whatever they want, so they do it.

◾

In the case of racist parents, their parents may teach children consciously or subconsciously to hate certain children.

◾

Resulting in bullying. One British girl's mom would down talk people with orange hair to her and she grew up not bullying them but at the first sight of a person with orange hair, she'd feel disgust.

Another factor that caused this was that her boyfriend idolized orange haired women.

◾

People with orange hair have gone through a lot of bullying in British Schools as children and men get the worst as adults.

◾

In Europe, places with higher amounts of redheads aka people with orange hair have better living situations for them.

Why?

The reason for the hated is old and it's because of three reasons:

Number 1:

The Vatican told the British to hate people of orange hair because the Vikings who would come in and invade and were generally ruthless were said to have red aka orange hair but what the Vatican didn't know was that the British people were related to Celts and Celts could have red aka orange hair naturally like British people could have red hair naturally and not be Viking which was Scandinavian.

The reason people say orange hair is red hair is because a long time ago orange used to be considered a shade of red.

Number 2:

The mistake people with orange hair for Irish people.

◾

To the Irish, the reason British people did not like Irish people is because the British Protestants were trying to break free of the Catholic church and the Catholic church was oppressive so when the Catholic Irish men had come to Burton for a better life, the Protestant British rejected the Irishman for their religion.

Irish people are more likely to have Orange hair.

◾

This can result in cases where people make punch you in the face because they think you are Irish when in actuality you are a British person with orange hair.

Number 3:

They are rare, allowing for stereotypes to continue.

◾

The problem with being a minority is that people may not be able to interact with you as frequently.

◾

You see...

Minorities are sometimes rare and this causes people to be able to build stereotypes drilled into people from childhood causing you to believe the stereotypes that a child would believe but not an adult who has been taught against it.

When someone is a majority they are more likely to meet a majority because the majority is a majority.

◾

A minority is super rare so you most likely wouldn't meet them in person in a daily situation or in your lifetime.

◾

The reason why in Europe when there are places where there are more people with orange hair with lower descrimination is that there are more experiences with these people.

◾

These people will get to know them they are among friends family they basically have the "well that's not true because I know this type of people and they're not at all like that" experience.

◾

Where you have experience with these people so you know what they're actually like vs. what you are told they are like.

◾

Now, another reason why turn races of people may hate other groups of people is not only because of that but it is also because of social engineering

How this works is you put out propaganda which causes people to be against certain groups of people.

◾

Take Japanese people for instance.

◾

In America, due to the war, that was happening between the Americans and the Japanese, to make it easier for American soldiers to kill them the government put out stigma against the Japanese.

They put out propaganda to create stigma against them.

◾

Another reason for racism is hurt and also the actions against your own race.

◾

Some black people hate white people for the cruelty that white people have done against black people.

◾

Some black people expect white people to be out to get them all the time.

◾

This results in bigotry against white people. One black male who was half Irish AKA half White was abused growing up because of his Irish side.

◾

This type of bigotry caused by abuse from the oppressing race can leak to the oppressed.

◾

Let me explain.

◾

Like people may hate a half white person because that person have white and because white people have hated and mistreated black people so because that person is half white they assume that they will be racist against them because of their white ancestor.

◾

The problem with this type of racism is that when a race is racist against another race, there is a lot of cases where they do not practice "because you are half me, I treat you like me."

◾

So when white people were racist against black people in the 1800s if a child was born to a black man the child would be considered black and thus hated severely.

◾

Due to the actions of white people this caused black people to hate them which was completely understandable but it also leaked out onto the mixed children who unfortunately were discriminated by white people as well and this creates a situation where instead of Banding together as an oppressed race they begin attacking each other creating a divide and conquer complex.

Now sometimes when you're pressed race has been oppressed they either do not oppress the oppressor race cuz they have no desire to abuse they have the desire to be free.

◾

Sometimes when kids were bullied by other kids for a certain feature and then the bullied were taught that they were Superior when the kids that had bullied them...

◾

The bullied may go back and bully those kids that had bullied them which happened in the blue-eyed, brown-eyed test but when the situations were reversed like that...

◾

What happened was the blue-eyed children did not bully the brown-eyed as harshly as the brown-eyed bullied the blue-eyed children for their blue eyes.

◾

How did this bullying start? A teacher taught the children with brown eyes that blue-eyed children were lesser and that brown-eyed children were Superior.

◾

When blue-eyed children would try to speak up for themselves she would put the children down and make them quiet and timid.

◾

This resulted in people with brown eyes blowing the blue-eyed children and people with brown eyes had racist ideas of children with blue eyes but the teacher had blue eyes.

◾

The teacher did not start this because she hated blue-eyed children, she actually started this as an experiment.

◾

When the brown eyed children had insulted the teacher with blue eyes she got extremely angry with the children with brown eyes.

◾

Now day after she had conducted the blue-eyed brown eye test she had conducted a new test to see what would happen if she reversed the rules.

◾

She taught blue-eyed children that in fact they were more Superior than brown eyed children.

◾

When the blue-eyed children had heard this, they had begun to bully the brown-eyed children but not as bad as the brown-eyed children bullied them.

◾

What caused this was an agenda.

◾

The reason for abuse against slaves was to keep them subservient, the abuse against the blue-eyed children was a test.

◾

The creator of this test was Jane Elliott, an educator and anti-racism activist, first conducted her blue eyes/brown eyes exercise in her third-grade classroom in Iowa in 1968. The assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. in 1968 prompted educator Jane Elliott to create the now-famous "blue eyes/brown eyes exercise."

She wanted to show her pupils what discrimination feels like, and what it can do to people. Elliott divided her class by eye color — those with blue eyes and those with brown.

◾

What happens when the scene changes? Some children have eyes that change color over the or eyes with different colors in one or two eyes with separate colors of their own.

◾

The Blue Eyes and Brown Eyes Experiment is considered unethical since it caused psychological damage to the children who were pitted against one another. ... The experiment was conducted to determine how children learned bias and prejudice.

◾

Two education professors in England, Ivor F. Goodson and Pat Sikes, suggest that Elliott's experiment was unethical because the participants weren't informed of its real purpose beforehand.

◾

How do the results of the experiment contribute to Jane Elliott's lesson to her students? After being treated like a member of the "inferior" group, students were less inclined to treat their peers that way. ... After becoming aware of their differences, students became more likely to self-segregate into their own groups.

◾

She divided the children, who were all white, by eye color, and then she told the children that people with brown eyes were smarter, faster and better than those with blue eyes.

◾

The children were also not aware that they could withdraw from the experiment at any time, and were somewhat coerced into participating under the illusion that the lesson was a game.

◾

How did the negative and positive labels placed on a group become self-fulfilling prophecies? The students who were getting discriminated against that day, when taking their test, they didn't do well. The second day, when those same students were on top of the other group, their grades increased tremendously.

Childhood is the prime age to teach good morals because Im just one day a child can be taught to descrimination with lies and manipulation.

◾

They don't know any better.

◾

There are better ways to teach children racism without hating them.

◾

There are better ways to teach people racism without hating them.

◾

It could be happening with blacks and whites.

◾

White were seen as superior, then later black learned that we had created a lot of America uses.

◾

How do we fix it?

Teach the children

Teach them it is wrong, teach them the truth, and teach good reasoning so they can learn to make good choices.

Men with orange hair maybe discriminated against because they depict Judas as a man orange hair in Britain.

◾

Due to the current prejudices in some Brita against Redheads, this had bad results.

◾

You know how in other American animations and American can look at an animation of Judas who has brown hair and a lot of animations or black hair but not say that people with brown hair or black hair are evil because he had that because there's been no prejudice or stigma put it in us against those groups of people?

Well, In Europe, some women may look away or pray when they see a man with red hair or orange hair because in animations Judas would usually be portrayed as a man with orange hair.

◾

This not only teaches us about how easily humanity can be manipulated against one group of people, but this also teaches us how easily our TV media can affect us.

◾

If you repeatedly promote Italian men who were Sicilians as mobsters may stereotype them as such or joke about it.

◾

People without knowledge are like Leaves blowing in the wind, they go wherever the wind blows and this is a big problem.

◾

They may use ridiculous reasons to explain things and most of them are prejudice.

◾

In Ethiopia, Mingi is a term used to describe an infant or child thought to be cursed. Children can be declared Mingi if they are born out of wedlock, their top teeth grow before their bottom teeth, and if they are born a twin. The long-held belief is that Mingi brings the village bad luck.

So they kill the children.

◾

This is people trying to use children as a scapegoat or people who don't want them in the tribe out of fear, genuinely believing that they are evil and need to die.

This is what the Bible says "Due to lack of knowledge, my people suffer."

◾

These people don't know that it is safe to keep these kids alive, they have been brainwashed by paranoid tribal culture to do so.

Children may be already be up to 1 year old before they are declared mingi and so sentenced to death.

◾

Teeth mingi: Children that develop their top teeth before their bottom teeth.

◾

Woman mingi: Children resulting from a pregnancy or marriage that was not approved by tribal elders.
