LIFE OF A FINCH -1

Samuel West had been terribly obsessed with Finch. He had no day that he did not spend with Finch in the study room or in the rooftop. He began with training her to do particular moves like flying and twirling around in the air. Any move that made Finch like she was being prepared for something. She had no clue what it was and she could not get anything out of Samuel.

Finch had been actively listening to every single conversation that occurred between Samuel and others, especially his housekeeper, Derek, who occasionally stood in front of her cage, watching her. Derek would also bring her some food — bird's food, which looked like seeds. Those food made Finch lose her appetite.

If it was not the water she drank that Mosley had mixed up with something, Finch would have been absolutely starved.
