Province Kuwon has a total of 4 districts in it and Hao Jiazhi has made plans for each district
Lingyi is the capital district of this province and this place will be the main hub for everyone where all merchant's or people will come and live
Hao Jiazhi has created more than 20,000 shops and various types of entertainment places for the people to come and hang out or live
As for how Hao Jiazhi got so many citizens, it's from the village area from all over the kingdom as only in village area you could get cheap and loyal servants
Hao Jiazhi made/renovated the whole district/city in a way it resembled the earth, as he made sure to build residential and commercial area in a different region
And also make sure that there is proper sanitation, road and law (this law system is not strong as it could have made him lose his black money) system for everyone
He made sure that once someone enters the place, he won't even think about leaving the district ever
Also, to make sure that this district becomes a place for rich people, most of the item that is sold here had a much higher price as compared to any other province or district
But these prices were not pure bullshit but all items had something unique that showed their worth
Also, there were some items that were only sold in this district only, so people have to come from another province to get these items
Now to the next district, Yangjing
This district was like a farmhouse area type, as this district had various types of herbal and flower field all around the place
Making this place very special as it helped one calm mind, though it still lacked tress as there are not many mature trees but still in the future there will be many as they are still growing
More than 5000 houses/mansions were made by Hao Jaizhi here and all of these houses were given on one year lease or monthly rent to the people who want to live and the minimum price or rent for one month was 1,000 Ban liang and the maximum was 10,000 ban liang per month depending on the area and the size of a mansion
Now, the next district, Tianjin
This district was solely based on farming only. No matter how far you can see, the only thing you will see is the farm of rice, wheat, and various other food items
Most of the population of old Province Kuwan lives here
And this one is is way bigger than any other district in the whole province of Kuwon as this place will be the house where all food will be created and exported all over the kingdom and also towards the international market
Now comes District Zhanyi
This is the place where the border of Province Kuwon and its neighbor kingdom comes face to face
And also the place where saffron and other expensive products are grown
This place is also very near to the capital district
The reason why Hao Jiazhi chose this place for saffron and other expensive items to be grown is because of 2 big main reasons-
No.1, he could full govern his saffron and other expensive products
No.2, the defense of this land is in his hand so there is no way anyone would try to snatch his money away
Almost everything in this Province is either owned by Hao Tai or Hao Jiazhi, literally, almost everything and the revenue that will be soon generated by these are going to be something Hao Tai had never imagined in her whole life
Hao Jiazhi kept on spending his money as the New Year came and goes by, and now people have started coming to this city
Just a few days before he had a talk with Han Yachun through his eagle and he comes to know that his '5 shadows' have finally gotten full control over the Huangyi District, the capital district of province Jinmen
And now he is unofficially the head of Province Jinmen and the same goes for Province Kuwon as his 5 shadows have long infiltrated the whole land
Currently, he has around 500 men in his '5 shadows', 150 in each province and the rest on standby
Now, let get back to the main story and see what Hao Jiazhi is been doing as a colonel
As a colonel, Hao Jiazhi could see the dire need for strict training for his soldiers
Thus he had hired ex-military officers and told them to train his team and by the end of the 6th month, Hao Jiazhi could see the results
He had created 3 different teams, archers, cavalry, and foot soldiers
At first, Hao Jiazhi was thinking about using gunpowder (firecrackers has been invented) in the army but he let it down as he doesn't have a proper defense against it
So, it can be a problem for him in the future thus, he never told people that the crackers they burn in festivals can be used to kill someone
Hao Jiazhi also created some medical team and also trained these units as a normal soldier, so that whenever there is a fucked up situation, they all could help each other
Other than this, Hao Jiazhi also created his own battalion unit, and he calls it "Dawn"
There are a total of 50 soldiers in it and all 50 soldiers are well trained in all weapons and medical skills
You can say that this unit was the strongest unit in the whole team as this unit had their own special battle armor, which somewhat resembled demons
The whole armor of this unit was in black color and had various layers of leather all around, giving users the best defense and hiding skill. Also, there horsed were covered in armors
All soldiers carry a sword, dagger, and any bird for message, ropes, shields, and crossbows or bow and arrows. Each soldier is like a walking fortress
The total cost of this armor including the horse armor was around 500,000 ban liang, which way more expensive than the armor of a simple soldier which costs only 50,000 ban liang
Life may be cheap in this world, but the military and luxury items are in no way cheap in this world
Also, at the 6th month of this New Year, Hoa Jiazhi could finally see the profits of his investment
"Little brother, your boxes full of money is coming…" Hao Tai said with a smile as from her behind servants came with large boxes, more than 100 boxes, and then they put the box on the ground
